The time has come once again comrades! The Liberation of Western Siberia is close at hand, and so is the revitalization of our beloved Union. The strategic region of Western Siberia is home to vital resource bonuses in Wood, Iron and Oil... key to the expansion of industry and reconstruction of our economy.
In our last Government press release, I mentioned that the reacquisition of Western Siberia would occur during the middle of this week. Come Friday, I soon realized that this would pose a bit of a problem. Presidential elections are to be held on Friday this week, and I can see no way how the resistance war would be finished in 2 days (I believe the resistance war for the Volga-Vyatka Region took roughly 5-6 days). Therefore, I have contacted the Government of Norway and we will be liberating another piece of our mighty workers Union on Sunday the 7th.
The lack of moving tickets presents a problem for us. However, we have gone to great lengths to secure as many tickets as possible for our revolutionary soldiers. We have about 16 tickets in our Norwegian Commune company, 20 were donated in solidarity by our comrades in the Militant Socialist Workers Party in Sweden, 7 are to be supplied by one of our comrades in Norway, and roughly 9 will be bought using foreign currency in the commune accounts.
This gives us roughly 52 tickets, which is a very large portion of the active Russian population to be sent to Norway. I will begin distributing moving tickets to active comrades in the USSR throughout the week (To make it easier, simply post here if you would like a ticket and fight for your motherland). If you receive a ticket, be sure to do the following:
1. First and foremost, place your vote on the presidential elections on Friday. Do not move to Norway until you have voted (unless you really want to).
2. Be sure to move to Moscow, "Norway". This region has a Q4 hospital in which one can gain 40 wellness a day if you fight. If anybody knows the location of a Q5 hospital in Norway, by all means, be sure to let us know.
3. Get a job in either Soviet Airlines or another Norwegian company. If you chose the former, you will be volunteering in producing moving tickets to your comrades waiting to fight in Russia. If you choose the latter, please use your earnings to purchase tickets from the marketplace and you can donate the tickets to Russians yourself, if you wish.
During the resistance war, it is important that you get a job in Norway. I spoke to Salve regarding this matter, and he assured me that there will be plenty of work in Norway for Russian soldiers needing to gain money for higher quality weapons, food, gifts, etc. The Soviet State Industries will be supplying our Russian troops with plenty of Q1 Food, 42 Q2 Weapons, and whatever moving tickets and gifts we can afford to soldiers who need it most. PM Q1Commune if you need some emergency rations to continue the fight.
After the region is secure, we will distribute whatever moving tickets with whatever money we have left over. By then, everybody should already have enough NOK saved in order to fly back to Russia.
Congressmen and the President will of course remain in the USSR (or else they would need to resign office). One item which is open to consideration and congress vote is the amount to spend on supplying Russian troops with gifts and money from the national treasury. Freedom fighters from Norway, Finland, ATLANTIS, PEACE, and revolutionary workers around the world will be joining arms with Russians in the name of liberation and progress. Bit by bit, the workers of Russia will reconstruct their glorious Union with the steadiness and might of their guiding hand.

I am not agree with a resistance war, we have to attack to Norway as a country. I will write an article about this issue, please cooperate.

FRP will join this operation in any case, but first it is necessary to consider the details. Perhapse, Prince is right and it will be better to declare war on Norway, after discussing it with its government.

The Black Core party is supporting this resistance but first it should be better if the leaders know the details so that they can be prepared. you know that the military rank is important in the amount of damage, so that it is better to become organized first to have our troops working in the best way and get ourown land back,

Unfortunately the government can't help everyone, so we have to help people that have the highest Strength level skills! That's why we need an army!

gifts and houses are the most important resources in terms of wellness/efficiency. with gifts taking up first position, because they are relatively cheap to produce and you don't need higher than q1.

First of all i agree with Creos and Prince, declaring a war better than starting a resistance. I've almost 7 skills, i can be the part of the army in any case. If it'll be like resistance, i understood that we'll move on friday after the election right? For myself, I've 1 ticket, 4 Q1 Weapons but i think we need more support. I think, 1 contact person for all needs should be choosen first ( he should be responsible for all supplies and everybody should know who he is, he should be a very active user )
please, every citizen of Russia, I ask you to stop thinking of war right now, we have to be prepared and trained maybe it takes only 2 weeks but we can not close our eyes and just think of war with any price, we have country with not a good kind of economy, there isn't enough companies now, we should make some contracts first with ticket companies, and weapon companies, the we should have leader to organize the soldiers and their fights, we should make some contracts with other nations for support. Akhilleus one ticket and 4 guns is not enough, war is not something that we say lets start it and everybody will help us, look at the other resistance wars, and some of them were not successful. Lets think of it after the presidency election and become ready to fight, and then we can have more than just one region.

Good to see we 3 parties can and will work together on this. I agree with Citezen Travis, we need to not be thinking about war with anotehr country but to secure our own. I would support an organised war with Norway, with their consent so as we can easily secure multiple regions without multiple resistance wars, and without needing to move.
However the arangements have been made and i will fight to support the motherland either way.

Inanis; Eastern Siberia is Norwegian as determined by the agreement made with them. It's one of the 3 regions they keep, the other 2 are Kaliningrad and something else.

Western Siberia will aid the economy in such a great way.
I do also agree, we must organize an army, of a mix between dedicated soldiers and nationalists, with also an elite force mixed within, this will bring out a constant damage.
Perhaps, whoever is in charge of the armed forces... create an article or an online sign-up sheet to create an enlistment list to all who wish to volunteer.

I should have perhaps addressed this, however declaring war on Norway has been brought up within the CPSU as a means to save on gold costs and take all of our regions at once.
However, we soon learned that Finland attempted to go this route, but they found out that all of Norway's MPPs would be activated and they wouldn't be able to fight for the Fins.
Ziggard Vosk has it right! Forget about capitalism and communism, it does not matter at this current moment.
Now I could just start handing out tickets to those who post here, but please make mention if you want to go to Norway and fight on Friday. Makes my job much easier 🙂

I'll put this forward to the Norwegian congress so they are informed.
I can understand why some feel that we ought to be consolidating our current position prior to waging a war of resistance from within Norway to free, western siberia. However, in order for all of us, to be able to start a functioning economy, where most of our basic needs are satisfied, we need the resources in the WS region. Please bear in mind, we cannot keep relying on imports and goodwill of the rest of the world. It puts us in a un-tenable situation of not having our own two feet to stand on.
