There come times in life when a choice you make can change the fate of the world, or at the least chance your immediate surroundings. As most know, Australia, after months of planning, is revolting against its Indonesian overlord.

This resistance war is completely serious, has the support of many nations and has been thought through many times. The people of this nation are true and genuine. The Australians play eRepublik and are great members. They deserve their homeland back.

I cannot say what it feels like to lose my homeland but I was there when the USA attacked Canada and I took it seriously. I felt the anxiety when one region (Manitoba) decided the fate of the world. As we all know, Canada never fell. I did witness many countries fall and I took it personally to. Poland, Switzerland, China, South Africa (partly)...

Losing a homeland is not right. Australia was not an aggressor and quite the opposite, has one of the most productive player bases in eRepublik. I personally got to know one of them very well. Cottus Arci, a refugee from Australia, was accepted into Canada and became a President, and despite all concerns, did not do a half bad job.

This is a matter of honour people. Wether you are reading this in the USA, Canada or abroad, I urge you, fight for the resistance forces of Australia.

And before you say Indonesia tried to negotiate, the latest offer by Nemo consists of a mockery and an invite to do battle. Nemo offered the Australians a resource-poor region and a chance at being a puppet state of Indonesia. THAT IS NOT FREEDOM. The Australians have been waiting seven long months, it is time to give them what they truly deserve, their homeland.

Soldiers, working citizens, politicians, businessmen-this is a chance to show the true power of unity. Will you rally behind the banner of freedom, solidarity and justice? Will you join the proud in fighting the oppressive Indonesian government that is occupying Australia?

There are a few very simple steps in order to help the resistance:

1. Make sure you have two moving tickets. If you do, next step. If you do not, go buy some. Any quality is fine.

2. Make sure you have at least 5 weapons. Go for the best quality you can reasonably afford.

3. Change your residence (in profile page) to Java or any place within the continent of Australia.
(These places have a Q4 hospital at your service)

4. Join the "resistance" fighters in taking down that wall! The wall is the symbol of oppression and segregation, something that is not warranted for the Australians. TAKE DOWN THAT WALL.

5. Request gifts from any ATLANTIS soldiers using the shout box and make sure to use the hospital if you drop in welness. It will heal you 40 welness per day.

This is the battle that counts. This is the battle that we were waiting for. Do your part, every soldier doing 50 damage does his part in removing a brick from the wall of oppression.
