Atlantis discussion about denying Scrabman access.
An infected discussion is raging in Atlantis about denying US President Scrabman access.
Atlantis Treaty gives no clear guidances how to handle a situation when a president have been impeached and is getting replaced by another one.
Atlantis might deny Scrabman access.
Atlantis Secretary General Shadowukcs has already asked Scrabman to give back access to a specific room in Atlantis. According to the Finns and Swedes that is the room where most the important decisions are made.
Roby Petric, Ex President of USA and Croatia has stepped up and given some support to Scrabman. But also raised concerns that USA will be to peaceful with this new leadership.
Sweden has problems with this US Next Generation, the UK Vice President G. Roddenberry has a short message: Kick him out until we have a clear answer on the Treaty!
Scrabman think this whole situation is illogical while Dsalageanu leader of the aggressive Romulans has threatened to declare war!
Inwegen has played the role of the diplomat and urged that Atlantis do not shut the door here when Scrabman tries to make a First Contact.
Inwegen has also said that US in not guaranteed to be a boring logical and pacifist country just because Scrabman becomes first officer, on the contrary USA might move the Final Frontier even further.
Ogdensign has declared that if Atlantis denies Scrabman access USA will declare Spain their Nemesis and turn USA into "The Doomsday Machine".
Swedens first lady BetaMjau tried to calm the situation down and argued that Scrabman would at least be allowed to have access to Atlantis new Economic section where US can show Enterprise skills.
At the moment the situation is very tense but I believe the USA citizens have the right to be informed about this.
And no matter what happens I hope USA can Live Long and Prosper and not fall in to a hot Vulcan.o

(This article is a joke if you didn't get that. Scrabman has Mr Spock as avatar and the article has tons of Star Trek referendums like, well two per sentence or so.. There's no reason to deny Scrabman access. He has more than proven his ability to handle forums well on the USA forums, and the whole "impeachment" article is completely invalid - he could have been elected on the 5th just as easily. Don't expect this to go down quietly.
I think that was above and beyond my daily reccommended dose of Star Trek references.
I hope that doesn't mean I'll get cancer or sommat.

he's not really denied access. Just to our imaginary ATLANTIS sauna, We didn't knew if what Vulcans say "about the size of their volcano" is true. I didn't wanted to let Misho have any complexes (he's very sensitive about this "little misho") so I decided to not give Scrabman access to the ATLANTIS sauna.

so all thats inthe charter is that the leaders of eachmember country will have access? If thats the case I dont see how they can deny him access until they atleast pass a temperary provision. There is a clause saying he should have access but nothing as of right now that provide any restrictions against him. This is why we shouldnt have payed the fine. They're changing the rules yet again. If they pull his access before making an offical ammendment Id leave the alliance as that would make 2 clear changes to the alliance that specifically targeted the US.

What a load of crap. We seriously need to just go off with the British and Swedes and form a new Alliance.
Holy buckets, I almost blew a gasket reading this thing until I found out it was just a joke. Oh and yes, I did catch many if not most of the star trek references. It was well written. Dang though my heart rate level got up there.
I won't say I agree with Scrabman and some of his actions and policies but he is my Leader AND my boss in the Military and I don't allow my political opinions to EVER cross with my Military Career. So let me say this. If Atlantis denies Scrabman access to ANY part of Atlantis, we should deny Atlantis any aid whatsoever and revoke any and all treaties with all Atlantis countries and break off any and all contact and withdrawl our Diplomats. These our SUPPOSED to be our allies and this flat out disrespect to our leaders is incomprehensible, unfathomable, and disrespectful to the US as a whole. My suggestions may be radical but you must admit it. This is a slap in the face by Atlantis!
