MAJOR WARS

The French-Polish Crisis
Before

After

Belligerents: France vs. Poland, Macedonia
Results: France didn't have a chance of defeating Poland even with full support, but on their own, calling it a cakewalk would be offensive towards cake. France went missing from the map for a few days, and Poland seemed to have succeeded in its plan to gain a Spanish border as well. However, Macedonia also had plans. The Macedonians revolted the Polish province of Aquitaine as to cut off Poland from Spain, as well as to gain a border with America once again. And on top of all that, France was given back the island of Corsica. France'll take whatever they can get. But what will happen to Macedonia?

Winner (campaign): Poland, Macedonia (devastating)

The Middle East's Last Stand
Before

After

Belligerents: Iran, Uruguay vs. Serbia, Pakistan
Results: This was not Iran's week. The Uruguayan occupation of Pakistan didn't last very long, as though they warded off a Serbian attack rather well, the revolts cleared away the weak grasp the OPM had on Pakistani turf. As a result, Serbia remained, and boy, did they take advantage. Instead of going through Pakistan as was their original intention, Serbia quickly spun around and started crushing province by province as they headed back westward, avoiding a possible border with decent power Israel along the way. There's not much Iran can do at this point barring full EDEN support.

Winner (this week): Serbia, Pakistan (devastating)
Winner (campaign): Serbia, Pakistan (devastating)

The Alphabet Wars
Before

After

The Finnish War of Monotony
Belligerents: Finland vs. Estonia
Results: Finish them! Fatality! Finland has at long last prevailed! The Finns finally defeated the Estonian army and conquered all five provinces after a grueling and lengthy campaign. Finland now has secured an extra homeland's worth of provinces, while Estonia is now confined to helping fight from the shadows. Finland is unwilling to directly attack Latvia, but the suppression alone is more than enough for the cause, as ABC is now down to 2 members still fighting the long fight. Gaining an extra NE opportunity is just what Asgard and Belarus ordered.

Winner (campaign): Finland (devastating)

The Swedish Liberation of Belarus
Belligerents: Sweden, Belarus vs. Lithuania, Hungary
Results: Sweden may have lost Latvia, but after a brief stint defending on their own soil, they've finally fought their way off the defensive path, and back on the offensive. Sweden has landed onto the Lithuanian Highlands, wildly implausible as that may be. Things are going well for the Asgard nation. But not so for ally Belarus, which has found itself the latest victim of wildly overpowered Hungary. Hungary has steamed across the Belarusian area, bisecting it. There's absolutely no way Belarus can stand up to the Hungarians, as even with the good amount of support they have received Hungary reigns supreme.

Winner (this week): DRAW
Winner (campaign): Lithuania, Hungary (minor)

The Cromanian Day at the Beach
Before

After

Belligerents: Croatia, Romania vs. Indonesia
Results: Croatia and Romania are having a fun time at the beach, aren't they? Indonesia has proved to be little more than a nuisance to the Cromanians, as the two swept across the archipelago nation with ease. Not only did Croatia and Romania conquer most of the defending nation, leaving only one province in Papua still independent, the imminent Croatian threat played a part in intimidating Chile into giving Australia a breath of fresh air. The Croats and Romanians are but one step from wiping the Indos for the second time in two months. Indonesia will need a lot to prevent that from happening.

Winner (this week): Croatia, Romania
Winner (campaign): Croatia, Romania (devastating)

The Colombian Surprise
Before

After

Belligerents: Colombia vs. Spain, Venezuela
Results: Once again, defying the odds. Colombia by all means should be wiped by now, but due to some brilliant strategy and cooperation, they've managed not only to hold back the Spaniards for the most part, but dig a bit into Venezuela as well. A healthy mix of RWs has prevented either side from making too much headway into the others' provinces, and as Colombia is fighting 1v2, that works out splendidly. With some help hopefully on the way for the Colombians, they've done a remarkable job holding on.

Winner (this week): DRAW
Winner (campaign): Colombia

The Macedonian Naval Test
Start

Belligerents: USA vs. Macedonia
Results: Well, this is a strange war, isn't it? In one of the weirdest wars in a while (then again, Uruguay vs. Pakistan is something else), America found itself attacked from Aquitaine, formerly one of its own provinces, and in a hilarious twist, blitzed on the East Coast. And to the players that assumed that an easy American victory was in order, it was not so. America lost control of Maryland and Pennsylvania, losing the powerhouse regions in northern New England. America has come back with a strong defense after a lackluster few rounds, and has gained initiative. But Macedonia has a clear advantage.

Winner (this week): Macedonia
Winner (campaign): Macedonia

MINOR WARS

The Italian Reestablishment
Start

Belligerents: Italy vs. Slovenia
Results: Italy has been out of the spotlight ever since its liberation from Serbia and subsequent conquering by Macedonia and Slovenia. But Italy's random liberation war has begun! Out of nowhere, Italy recaptured Umbria, and though Slovenia gained first strike and recaptured the breakaway province, more northern territories revolted back to Italian rule, and Italy now finds itself with three more provinces than before. If Italy can get major support, this could be a very successful war for the Italians.

The Bosnian-Montenegrin Border War
Start

Belligerents: Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Montenegro
Results: In Bosnia's first war as a reinstated member of EDEN not against Serbia, they face a nation even smaller than themselves in the Montenegrins. In what may be merely a sideshow, Bosnia appears ready to take over the three provinces controlled currently by Montenegro. Serbia appears to be disinterested for the time being, so the two minor nations should be able to battle each other mano e mano. And Bosnia doesn't look like the underdog this time, actually being the aggressor for a solo fight, a rare occurrence indeed. But anything can happen...

Six-Day Wars
Israel keeps trying to suppress Saudi Arabia
Poland gains two Czech provinces
Australia receives a province out of the kindness in Chile's heart
