Apology to the DAL party and it's members
Hello,
I'm sure most citizens know by now about the Presidential Elections of the DAL party yesterday. I want to publicly apologize to the members of the DAL for what has transpired over the course of yesterday and sunday. I already resigned from the party during the elections out of respect to the DAL.
It was not my intention for a party takeover; My intentions were to help the party out whether I won party president or not. I was not there on CEP's behalf. You may ask why I ran for Party President after just joining the DAL. Well, I figured why not give it a try and see what happens. I was joining the DAL to offer my help, and figured why not try for president. I admit it was not the best choice at the time.
DAL members will see my apology on the DAL forums and on the eCanada forums as well under the Supreme Court discussion.
Everything in my presentation for my presidency bid was true. I did not know about sending voters over until after I had already announced I was running for PP and signed up for the DAL party.
So again, my apologies to the DAL party and it's members. I want to thank koolmanjack and Scorpius for their understanding. I also want to congratulate koolmanjack on his election as DAL Party President.

I hope you stay in DAL. Although the timing caused a stir, it was all resolved quickly and my reading of the forums is that there were no hard feelings. These things happen in a game and no one lost an eye...so it's all good!!

I was curious to this whole situation and the stir it caused and was thinking of PMing you to get a better understanding. It's good that this was published, as I doubted you'd be involved with any wrong doing. Hopefully you will still run for Nova Scotia whether it be under the CEP flag or the DAL flag. I hope you represent Nova Scotia and whatever party you run for with the best of your ability as you have done in the past.
