Warning: Incoming Missive

I don't want to jinx it, but it seems that the compressed citizen feeds are working for all countries again. For four days in a row, I have been able to retrieve all of them.

What does that mean for you? Well, I only purge dead citizens from my tools when I can get the feeds for the entire world. I don't want to purge someone who has simply moved to a country with a broken feed. On days where I get all the feeds, I run a purge. This means that when purges are not happening, certain mailing lists (like party or region lists) may contain dead citizens, and statistics for party membership are most likely wrong. But now that the feeds are working, I can run the purge and make things work smoother.

Another quick note: The citizen history tool now runs quicker, and does not crash if you type in a name that it does not find.
