I created this paper as a means to talk to the people of North Korea as their President and to talk to the world both as President of North Korea and as a private citizen. Many of you may be aware of some of my other publications, and I would hope you subscribe to them as well.

What's new today in North Korea?

Proposals

I put out two proposals so far today. Our continuing "lulz" embargo of China and a new citizens message.

Lulz proposals are made so that the people serving in congress can earn experience points for voting. This is often done as a trade off to make up for the fact that they can not leave the country to fight in other locations.

Speaking of experience,

I got this message today
Congratulations, you have reached experience level 25 and you have received a Gold Treasure Map. To reach level 26 you need 7000 experience points. You have until day 1,052 before the markings on the brittle paper will have faded away.

So, I am asking the people of NK to help your president decide, which X do I pick on the treasure map? Left, Center, or Right? Please provide your vote in the comments below.

I do hope that we can get more people involved on the forum http://nkorea.freeforums.org/index.php. I will be looking to try to develop a more active government structure there as well.
