Ahreet! Another interview here - this time with the awesome Don Dapper! I want the eUK to see the New Era that I know - a close nit, supportive family who's aim is to improve the country for everybody. So I've decided to do a series of interviews with some of New Era's top boys, so we can all get to know them a little better.

Don Dapper joined on the 4th June this year and has since become one of the country's most recognisable names by his achievements alone, some of which include building a highly successful military unit that is now one of the eUK's strongest. Don is also responsible for the creation of New Era, a party that has risen through the eUK political ranks to third with 190 members and rising.

Firstly, how did you get into the game?
I played the game when it was first released, I have been a heavy gamer since I owed an Amiga 500 all them years ago, since then I had my own internet gaming cafe and ran many LAN parties in my time. I was looking for the same type of game you play single player, but in a large scale.

New Era, New Era Poland and the British Army Military Unit. All that in such a short time in eRepublik, but what is your greatest achievement?
That hasnt been done yet and wont be until we have created a greater UK

What part did you play in the creation of New Era?
I created the party it was first called John Bull then we renamed to New Era once we got into the top 5, since then more members have taken over running the party to the stage now that it make me proud being part of this team, the support we get for change is amazing and we have some very loyal members with us; it's quite heart touching!



What do you hope to achieve in eRepublik Don?
The sky is the limit as they say, I want to create a good socitey in the eUK, I want the eUK to be much stronger and fighting wars across the world that make a difference.

Obviously the whole country backs you in that Don; that said we have some very well recognised people in the UK, but who do you most admire in the game?
To be honest I have only spent my time in the eUK, although I do go to Poland for recources for my MU. Some people I did admire, but the last few weeks I realise these people were only in it for themselves and not for the good of the country, but for their own good. These people are out of power now and a New Era is being born. I have met some wonderful people in the eUK in UKPP and New Era, but I admire the New Era members the most for sticking by us and helping us fight for freedom.

Cheers for talking about New Era buddy! You mentioned you enjoyed gaming earlier, what PC/Console games do you play?
eRepublik of course, Fifa 13 and Call of duty

And what would be your favourites?
Pirates, the timeless Football Manager series and Counter Strike
