وقوانين المحادثة كالتالي:

1- اللغة الأساسية هي الإنجليزية, لا يسمح بالتحدث بالكتلانية أو العربية داخل المحادثة

2- يجب على جميع الأعضاء إحترام بعضهم وعدم التحدث بتعصب ووجود قابلية للنقاش

3- من يرغب في دخول المحادثة من أعضاء المجلس كتابة تعليق وسوف أرسل له رابط المحادثة وكلمة السر.

English Version:

According to the agreement that I reached with Mr.President, Rupert Hallamer.
We agreed to make a private chat for all congress member to discuss the laws proposals before making it to prevent any arguments.

The private chat rules are:

1- The main language is English, Catalan or Arabic isn't allowed in there.

2- All members must respect each other and don't be fanatic and they must have the ability to discuss.

however we all know that there are lots of catalans and arabs that doesnt know english quite well so this idea has a big problem.

That's why Google translate exists.
If they talk in Catalan, Arabs won't understand
And if we talk in Arabic, Catalan won't understand.
So Arabic is a middle ground.
