Today Serbia declared us as neutral enemy.

And so we did the same NE on Servia.

We want to call all Albanian Warriors and Albania's allies not to spend in this war.

Actually we have different plans for Serbia this time,so stay calm and Fight in Allie battles until further information.

In the end I personally decided to publish this message that for some reasons was Confidential,and this message is our Constitution for the next steps in our long term foreign policy.
