Agreement between eBrazil, eHungary and eSouth-Africa

Day 1,013, 16:54 Published in Hungary Serbia by Voice of eHungary

Agreement between eBrazil, eHungary and eSouth-Africa on making stable and mutually acceptable situation in South Africa

Background
1a. The alliance that contains both eBrazil and eHungary, the Phoenix (and its predecessor, the PEACE) afforded a series of efforts to take control of eSouth-Africa (henceforth referred to as eSA) in the last year. These efforts yielded only temporary results.
1b. Seeing this situation, a Hungarian TO group started an operation in the country. In August 2010, the operation was successful, thus Hungarians took over the control of eSA. During August, the Hungarian-controlled congress of eSA has not extended the MPPs to the EDEN countries, eSA’s former allies. They did this to show their commitment to eHungary and Phoenix.
1c. Exploiting this situation, eBrazil launched an operation to take Northern Cape (NC), the most valuable region of the country. NC was captured during the operation and is under eBrazilian control at the time of the signing of this Agreement.

Statements
2a. The Hungarian TO group here confirms that their action was made in favour of Hungary, and throughout its interests, indirectly in favour of the Phoenix. The TO group is now the government of eSA.
2b. The Government of eHungary here expresses, by signing this Agreement, that the PTO of eSA is acknowledged as an official, government-supported act, therefore eSA should be acknowledged similarly as the original regions of eHungary itself.
2c. The Government of eSA agrees the Point “2b”.
2d. The Government of Brazil therefore places responsibility for the actions taken by eSA in the hands of the eHungarian government.
2e. The Government of eBrazil expresses the interest of its country to have a “high-titanium” region in the South African soil.

The Agreement
3a. eSA and eHungary support that eBrazil should be in control in the region of Gauteng (high titanium), by simple region swaps, using the open war between eSA and eBrazil. The costs of the swaps should be paid by eBrazil.
3b. Phoenix will be responsible for arranging the sale of the RWs in North Cape and North West Frontier. Hungary and Phoenix will each pay 50g to compensate the high cost of RWing North Cape. This will make the deal cheaper for Brazil. If buyers cannot be found within 48 hours then Brazil will start the RW directly.
3c. eHungary will be in formal alliance (MPP) with both eBrazil and eSouth-Africa. As a rental fee of Gauteng, eBrazil will pay 12.5% of the recorded income of Gauteng to the government of eHungary. This shall be calculated and guaranteed by the Phoenix Treasurer.
3d. eHungary, eSA and eBrazil should put every effort - including but not limited to military and diplomatic - in defending Gauteng against any attacks or RWs and keeping it under eBrazilian administration, during the effective period of this Agreement.
3e. If these efforts fail and Gauteng becomes eSA region within the contract period, eHungary and eSA take all efforts to giving it to eBrazil, by their own costs.
3f. eHungary and eSA take the full responsibility for keeping and, if possible, strengthening the PTO of South Africa effective during the period of this Agreement.
3.g If either South Africa or Brazil attack each other during this contract, without the full agreement of all three parties, then the attack must be retreated and 500g compensation paid to the attacked country, or this contract becomes void. This will be enforced by Phoenix.
3.h All currency and gold taken during attacks and resistance wars on the soil of South Africa will be returned to the original owner.

Effective period of this Agreement
4a. This Agreement is effective until 31 October, 2010.
4b. The contracting parties agrees that before this date, they renew their talks to maintain a mutually satisfactory situation in the region.
