El siguiente artículo tiene por objetivo presentarles el acuerdo regional que se acordó con Australia y que fue validado por:
- CP de ambos países
- congresos de ambos países
- HQ de CoT
- Brazil (como retenedor de los 200.000 cc)
- USA (como garante de Australia)
Acuerdo de no agresión entre Australia y Chile.
26 de Diciembre de 2012.
I. PREFACIO.
El siguiente acuerdo entrará en funcionamiento entre los Gobiernos de Australia y Chile a partir de su firma y será ratificado antes del día 10 de cada mes con cada nuevo Gobierno elegido sucesivamente.
II. CONDICIONES DE MODIFICACIÓN.
Las modificaciones del contrato sólo podrán realizarse una vez al mes antes de la renovación y requerirán la ratificación por parte de cada gobierno después de las elecciones de presidente de cada país.
III. ACCIONES REGIONALES.
Los gobiernos de Australia y Chile se comprometen a lo siguiente:
1. Chile y Australia acuerdan conjuntamente que:
1) Australia no va a renovar el MPP con Argentina.
2) Chile devolverá Western Australia el 03 de Enero.
3) El 10 de Enero, Australia y Chile firmarán un MPP que ha de ser mantenido por los sucesivos gobiernos para garantizar la asistencia mutua.
4) El 20 de enero Chile devolverá New South Wales.
2. Australia se compromete a:
1) Permitir a Chile quedarse con las regiones australianos de Queensland, South Australia, Victoria y Tasmania hasta que este acuerdo sea modificado por las sucesivas administraciones de Australia y Chile durante el período de enmienda mensual, o hasta que Chile gane otra región con el mismo recurso de las regiones antes mencionadas y acuerde con Australia devolver dicha región (ya que existiría duplicidad del recurso).
2) Tener MPP con países Pro-CoT y CoT, y eventualmente llegar a ser parte de CoT.
3) No enviar NE a Chile.
4) Depositar 200.000 cc en Brasil como garantía de no NE (en caso de enviar NE a Chile esos 200.000 cc se le entregarán a dicho país), el cual será devuelto a Australia el 15 de Enero siempre y cuando haya cumplido con todos los puntos definidos en la sección III. 2.3.
3. Chile está de acuerdo en que:
1) Australia solicitará MPP con Brasil y USA, tan pronto como se firme este acuerdo.
2) Cualquier movimiento por parte de Chile a Australia, ya sea lanzándole un NE o entregando alguna de las regiones originales de Australia a un tercer país significará la anulación de este acuerdo.
IV. CONDICIONES.
Ambos países coinciden en que CoT, USA y Brasil serán garantes de este acuerdo y verificarán que tanto Chile como Australia continuen acatando los términos de éste. Ambos países entienden que es imposible garantizar que todos los ciudadanos de su país cumplan con los términos y condiciones de este acuerdo, pero se asegurará de que sus prioridades de defensa estarán coordinadas para combatir bajo los términos de este acuerdo.
V. INCUMPLIMIENTO DE ESTE ACUERDO.
1. Por Australia:
1) Le otorga automáticamente a Chile el derecho a declarar la guerra a Australia.
2) CoT, USA y Brazil acuerdan ayudar a Chile, en caso de que lo que necesite, para declarar la guerra a Australia y atacarla.
2. Por Chile:
1) Le otorga automáticamente a Australia el derecho a declarar la guerra a Chile.
2) CoT, USA y Brazil acuerdan ayudar a Australia en caso de que lo que necesite, para declarar la guerra a Chile y atacarlo.
VI. RW LEVANTADAS EN TERRITORIO CHILENO (regiones originales de Australia) SIN PREVIO ACUERDO.
En caso de que una RW sea levantada en cualquiera de los territorios controlados por Chile, el Gobierno australiano, en un plazo inferior a 24 horas, ordenará a todas sus fuerzas militares pelear pro el lado chileno para asegurar que Chile mantenga la posesión de la región.
VII. NO RENOVACIÓN DEL ACUERDO.
1. Falta de ambos países en renovar este acuerdo según secciones I. y II:
Si este acuerdo no es renovado cada mes según las secciones anteriores, entonces todas las partes quedan libres para actuar a su voluntad.

2. CP Chile
3. CoT SC
4. CP Brazil
5. CP USA
De más está decir que este acuerdo se realizó en un trabajo conjunto con el gobierno australiano y que demoró más de lo presupuestado debido a varios inconvenientes y situaciones puntuales (Navidad, Año nuevo, etc.).
Tenemos claro que existen situaciones que este acuerdo no considera, y les aseguramos que se las entregaremos en detalle al próximo Gobierno para asegurar que sean consideradas.
Algunos de los puntos que ya se han cumplido son los siguientes:
- Australia no renovó el MPP con ARG
- Chile devolvió Northern Territory

I. PREFACE
The following agreement shall be in force between the Australian and Chilean Governments as of its signing and shall be ratified before the 10th of each month with each new successive elected Government.
II. AMENDMENT CONDITIONS
Amendments to the agreement may only be made once each month prior to renewal and ratification by each Government after in-game Country President Elections.
III. REGIONAL HOLDINGS
All signatory Governments agree to the following:
1. Chile and Australia agree jointly that:
1. Australia will not sign an MPP with with Argentina;
2. Chile will release Western Australia on the 3rd January;
3. On 10th January Australia and Chile will sign an MPP which is to be maintained by successive Governments to ensure mutual assistance to each nation for defence;
4. On 20th January Chile return New South Wales to Australia.
2. Australia agrees to:
1. Allow Chile to hold on to the Australian States of Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania until this agreement is modified by successive Australian and Chilean Administrations during the amendment period each month, or until Chile gains another region with the same resource as one of those states, at which time the Australian region will be returned to Australia;
2. Australia will move towards a Pro-CoT MPP stack or full CoT membership with increased CoT allies and MPPs;
3. Not to NE Chile.
4. deposit 200 000 AUD in Brazil as NO NE guarantee, which will be returned to Australia on 15th January, if no breach in part III. point 2.3 of this agreement will be met.
3. Chile agrees that:
1. Australia will Ally and MPP with Brazil and USA as soon as the agreement is signed off and will probably keep those MPPs;[/color]
2. Any move by Chile to NE Australia or hand our regions to any other nation by stealth, including working or making agreements with other nations will result in this agreement being nullified.
IV. CONDITIONS
Both nations agree that CoT, USA and Brazil will monitor and counter sign this agreement ensuring that both Chile and Australia continue to abide by the terms of this agreement. Both countries understand that it is impossible to ensure that all Citizens of their nation meet the terms and conditions of this agreement, but will ensure that their own Defence Forces Personnel are ordered to fight correctly under the terms of this agreement.
V. BREACHES OF THIS AGREEMENT
1. BY Australia:
1. automatically grants Chile the right to enact war on Australia;
2. CoT, the USA and Brazil agree that they will assist Chile, should they so need it, to enact war against Australia if the conditions contained within this document are not met;
2. BY Chile:
1. automatically grants Australia and its Allies to enact war against Chile;
2. CoT, the USA and Brazil agrees that its own nations will enact war against Chile if conditions contained within this document are not met or broken by Chile;
VI. RW in Any Chilean held Australian Regions not officially released
In the event that an RW is started in any Australian Region, the Australian Government will within a 24 hour period or as close as possible, order all Australian Forces to fight for Chile to ensure it remains in Chilean possession until officially released.
VII. FAILURE TO RENEW THIS AGREEMENT
1. Failure of both nations to renew this agreement each month as per I. and II:
a. should this agreement fail to be renewed each month as per the above Sections, then all parties are free to act at will.

This agreement was build in a cooperative work with Australian government and takes more time than usual due to inconveniences and specific events (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.)

Por que ponernos la soga al cuello?
Falta que Australia haga un poco más de lobby con USA, que bastante ha hecho con ellos, para que en la próxima negociación del acuerdo, eChile sea obligado a entregar todo el territorio.
Las desiciones de entregar o no un territorio ocupado por eChile, exclusivamente deberían depender de nuestro país y no de terceros.
Donde habran quedado esas viejas epocas en las cuales los Chilenos decian que firmar un NAP que no incluya todas las originarias era algo inaceptable y humillante, por lo visto si gustan de humillar a los demas.

caribo: Es distinto. Chile ofreció varias veces tratados pacificos a Australia y ellos mismo los rompieron. 3 para se exactos.
En mi opinion personal, estoy completamente en desacuerdo, Australia no debería ver la luz del día nunca más.
El tratado es mal redactado, pero ya veo que fueron ignoradas mis apreciaciones. Las guardaré para el típico "Te lo dije"

¿Es importante tener a los canguros de aliados?
Esa pregunta (que entiendo sea formulada) tiene solución:
1º eUSA tiene muchos ciudadanos que en RL son de Australia, por eso se interesan tanto en mediar la situación, para evitar conflictos entre USA-BRASIL con CoT-TWO.
2º Ahora eAustralia daría orden de pegar por nosotros, por tanto ahorraríamos recursos en estas RW por parte de nuestros jugadores y/o VISAS.
3º Siempre hemos dicho que los argentinos son imperialistas, ahora buscamos la coexistencia entre los países.
La verdad, me parece inteligente hacer este acuerdo, pensando en reducir gastos y afianzar lazos con USA y Brasil.

SIn duda hay muchos aspectos positivos, como los que declara Naxxo, y a los Yon Rambo les digo que nos ahorremos harto para poder dirigir los recursos en otro lado más cerca, y así pegar.
Lo único que me "incomoda" es haber dejado un poco ambiguo eso de las RW, si australianos pegan por esas rws y las perdemos entonces debieran traspasarnos esos 2000, que considero como fecha de 15 de enero muy pronto como para devolver.
eChile advierte un futuro incierto, por lo que esta tratando de conseguir ayuda donde sea, pero no cuentan con la dignidad de el pueblo eAustraliano, eChile pronto se daran cuenta !!
@caribo: Tu opinión supone que los australianos se sienten humillados (en su mayoría) y que nosotros disfrutamos de humillarlos (tb mayoritariamente).
Dos aspectos que no se desprenden necesariamente de un acuerdo entre dos partes.
Lo que para Chile podría ser humillante e inaceptable, no tiene porque serlo para los australianos. De hecho, firmaron el acuerdo. Tu supuesto menosprecia a los australianos.

No fue un menosprecio a los Australianos, estaban en una situacion de desventaja, oprimidos por alguien circunstancialmente mas poderoso, no los puedo culpar a los Australianos por haber sufrido un abuso de poder, no es mi estilo atacar a las victimas.

No Caribo, estás equivocado. Lo que es humillante para un país no tiene porque serlo para otro.
Tendrías razón si los chilenos dijeran que un NAP cediendo un territorio original chileno es humillante e inaceptable y posteriormente, aceptaran firmar un NAP con esas condiciones. O incluso en el caso que se humillara a propósito a un país y luego se criticara a otro por humillar. Lo mismo para Argentina o Australia.
Pero acá no ocurre nada de eso.
Cuando menciono al menosprecio es porque asumes que necesariamente los australianos se sienten humillados por el acuerdo, a pesar a que ahora indiques atenuantes y comprensión. ¿Porque tendrían necesariamente que estarlo?¿Acaso no podrían haber evaluado que era un buen acuerdo sin humillación de por medio?.
