ACUERDO/NAP MEXICO / ARGENTINA (ESP / ENG)

Estimados conciudadanos y amigos.Como prometí en mi candidatura, iba a mantener informado a la ciudadanía en cuanto a mi labor presidencial se refería.Desde el primer momento, mantengo fluída información con todos, menos uno, los presidentes de los partidos políticos mexicanos, informándoles y comentando posibles líneas de actuación política, tanto nacional como internacional.Como todos sabeis, ahora mismo tenemos solamente 2 MPPs, uno con Chile y otro con Croacia y estamos en trámites con Bulgaria y otros países. Estamos sometidos a la ocupación de Argentina y durante varias legislaturas anteriores, se ha mantenido conversaciones con el país ocupante, a fin de llegar a un acuerdo de liberación.Mi primera acción de gobierno, fue contactar con el Presidente y el MoFA Argentinos, con el fin de continuar con las citadas negociaciones.Durante varios mensajes hemos ido dando nuestras opiniones y requisitos para la liberación. La cordialidad y educación ha continuado durante casi todos los mensajes. Para concretar, les hice una propuesta de pacto, que a continuación publico.





PROPUESTA DE LIBERACIÓN / NAP  MEXICO - ARGENTINA

ANTECEDENTES:

México dispone de 7 regiones originarias y actualmente está ocupada por Argentina.
Northwest of Mexico ---> Ganado
NorthEast of Mexico ---> Hierro
Valley of Mexico ---> Pescado
Pacific Coast of Mexico ---> Aluminio
Oaxaca --->  Arena
Gulf of Mexico ---> Cereal
Southeast of Mexico ---> Caucho

SITUACION ACTUAL

México actualmente tiene una presión fiscal del 2% (1% del trabajo y 1% de los productos)Teniendo en cuenta que de la recaudación del país, el 20% va para el país y el 80% va para el país ocupante, los datos medios semanales a fecha de hoy son:
México recauda 1385 MXN semanales
Argentina recauda 5494 MXN semanales
TOTAL 6879 MXN semanales

NOTA: Durante los casi 3 meses de ocupación por parte de Argentina, ésta ya ha recaudado de los territorios mexicanos un valor aproximado de alrededor de 65.000 cc

SITUACIÓN PREVIA

Argentina ofrece un acuerdo de liberación parcial a cambio de un pago de 250.000 cc, reteniendo 2 regiones y, devolviendo a México los impuestos recaudados correspondientes a las 2 regiones ocupadas.
Después de negociaciones, Argentina acuerda rebajar el pago a 185.000 cc, en las mismas condiciones anteriores.
Las negociaciones quedan suspendidas.

SITUACIÓN FUTURA

Si México recupera 5 de las 7 regiones originarias, se subiría la presión fiscal del país al 8%.Esto supondría que de la recaudación total de esas 5 regiones, México recaudaría el 100% de los impuestos y de las 2 regiones que queden en poder de Argentina, recaudaría el 20%.En este caso, Argentina continuaría recibiendo el 80% de impuestos de esas regiones, pero ahora, en vez de al 2% de presión fiscal, al 8%.
En este caso y, extrapolando los datos actuales, las recaudaciones quedarían como siguen:
Argentina con 2 regiones retenidas recaudaría 6289 MXN semanales
México recaudaría de sus 5 regiones originales 19650 MXN semanales

PROPUESTA

La duración del acuerdo inicialmente será de 3 meses (3 legislaturas) y se podrá volver a renegociar a la finalización del mismo.Argentina mantendrá las dos regiones y retendrá los impuestos generados por las mismas.México se compromete a complementar esos ingresos por regiones ocupadas con un total de 25.000 MXN mensuales, durante 3 meses. Estos pagos se realizarán directamente desde el tesoro mexicano por donate a la banca nacional de Argentina.El gobierno de México se compromete a no fomentar, ayudar, financiar o apoyar las posibles revoluciones que se puedan abrir en los territorios retenidos mientras dure este acuerdo.El gobierno de México y el gobierno de Argentina, se comprometen a que durante la duración del acuerdo, no se declararán natural enemy por ninguna de las partes.
El pago total por la liberación se desglosa de la siguiente forma.
Impuestos recaudados por Argentina 6.289 semanales x 4 semanas x 3 meses = 77.868 cc.
Pago complementado por el gobierno Mexicano 25.000 cc x 3 meses = 75.000 cc.
Total pago por la liberación 77.868 cc + 75.000 cc = 152.868 cc.


FIANZA.

El gobierno de México reconoce indudablemente el poderío militar de Argentina y la relación se basará en la mutua confianza en que México cumplirá con sus obligaciones de pago y su mantenimiento de palabra de no liberar o tratar de hacerlo de las regiones ocupadas y no lanzar Enemigo Natural a Argentina y , Argentina mantendrá su palabra de no intentar liberar esas regiones ocupadas y no proponer Natural Enemy hacia México





Este NAP/acuerdo estaba creado pensando en la buena voluntad y compromiso de las dos partes. Implicaba a varias legislaturas, debido a que Argentina no tenía intención de liberar las dos regiones del canje y mantenerlas sine die.Cómo viendo que la situación planteada por este gobierno era inamovible, debido a que nuestras arcas están vacías y que al, parecer quieren sacar dinero fácil y rápido a costa de extorsionar a un país mucho más débil que Argentina, el fin de la conversación siguió como reza esta captura de pantalla


Tachan a este gobierno de poco ético, debido a que no se discute en el congreso. Congreso que, por otra parte, ellos nos han quitado. Mientras si que se ha notificado en el mass PM de política que hay abierto con los presidentes de los partidos políticos.
Nos tachan de ser poco fiables en cuanto a las posibles obligaciones de pago, teniendo ellos por la cercanía de las regiones que mantendrían, siempre la posibilidad y medios de volvernos a borrar.
Y por último, ellos reconocen que no tienen interés en México, solamente por las dos regiones que quieren mantener por los bonus, y su deseo de  obtener dinero fácil.





Se han hecho pactos a varias legislaturas en infinidad de ocasiones y no ha sucedido nada. Mi impresión es que quieren de acabar de saquear las maltrechas arcas del estado.
Por tanto, mi oferta está lanzada y a pesar de ellos, consensuada y comunicada en el mass PM de partidos políticos. Ellos no la aceptan, ya que solo quieren 180.000 cc , o menos, según su último mensaje, pagadero en este mes.
Habrá que valorar y preparar otras vías de liberación. Ya que ellos no firman el pacto con México ya que no se fían de que se cumplan con las obligaciones de pago y, por parte de este gobierno, existen reticencias de que una vez pagado el rescate, ellos cumplan con su palabra de liberarnos, o volvernos a borrar para el més que viene.

Dear fellow citizens and friends.As I promised in my candidacy, it would keep the public informed about my presidential work was concerned.From the first moment, I maintain fluid information with all (except one) of the presidents of the Mexican political parties, informing and discussing possible courses of political action, both nationally and internationally.As you all know, right now we have only two MPPs, one with Chile and another with Croatia and we are in the process with Bulgaria and other countries. We are under occupation of Argentina, and for several previous legislatures, it has held talks with the occupying country in order to reach an agreement for the liberation.My first act of government was to contact with Argentinean President and MoFA, in order to continue these negotiations.During several messages we have been giving our opinions and requirements for release. Cordiality and education has continued for almost all messages. To be specific, I made a proposal of a pact, which is published below







PROPOSAL FOR RELEASE / NAP MEXICO - ARGENTINA

BACKGROUND:

Mexico has 7 native regions and is currently occupied by Argentina.
Northwest of Mexico ---> Cow
Northeast of Mexico ---> Iron
Valley of Mexico ---> Fish
Pacific Coast of Mexico ---> Aluminum
Oaxaca ---> Sand
Gulf of Mexico ---> Cereal
Southeast of Mexico ---> Rubber


CURRENT SITUATION

Mexico currently has a tax burden of 2% (1% for work and 1% for products)Knowing that from the tax collection of the country, 20% is going to the country and 80% goes to the occupier, average weekly data today are:
Mexico collects weekly 1385 MXN
Argentina collects weekly 5494 MXN
TOTAL 6879 MXN week

NOTE: During the last three months of occupation by Argentina, it has already collected in the Mexican territories approximately around 65,000 cc


PREVIOUS SITUATION

Argentina offers a partial release agreement in return for a payment of 250,000 cc, keeping  two regions and, returning to Mexico collected taxes for the two occupied regions.
After negotiations, Argentina agreed to reduce payment to 185,000 cc, in the same conditions as above.
The negotiations have failed.


FUTURE SITUATION

If Mexico gets 5 of the 7 native regions, the tax burden in the country would rise to 8%.This would imply that with the total tax collection of those 5 regions, Mexico would raise 100% of the taxes, and the remaining two regions held by Argentina, would collect 20%.In this case, Argentina would continue to receive the 80% tax in those regions, but now, instead of the 2% tax burden, to 8%.
In this case and extrapolating current data, the revenues would be as follows:

Argentina with 2 regions would raise the collection to 6289 MXN held weekly
Mexico would collect from its 5 original regions 19650 MXN week


PROPOSAL

The initial duration of the agreement is 3 months (3 legislatures) and can return to renegotiate at the completion of the agreement..Argentina kept the two regions and retain the taxes generated by them.Mexico is committed to supplement that income by region occupied with a total of  25,000 cc monthly during 3 months. These payments will be made directly from the Mexican treasure by donate to the national bank of Argentina.Mexico's government agrees not to encourage, help, finance or support the possible revolution wars that can be opened in the territories retained the duration of this agreement.The government of Mexico and the government of Argentina, undertake that for the duration of the agreement, not natural enemy will be declared by either country.
Full payment for the release breaks down as follows.
Taxes collected by Argentina: 6,289 weekly x 4 weeks x 3 months = 77 868 cc
Payment complemented by the Mexican government:  25,000 cc x 3 months = 75,000 cc
Total payment for the release:  77,868 cc + 75,000 cc = 152,868 cc.


BAIL.

Mexico's government highly appreciates Argentina's military power and the relationship is based on mutual confidence that Mexico will meet its payment obligations and maintain its word not to release or try to release  the occupied regions, and do not launch Natural Enemy to Argentina, and Argentina will keep his word not to try or to free these occupied regions and not to propose Natural Enemy to Mexico






This NAP / agreement was created thinking in the good will and commitment of the two parties. It is involving several legislatures, because Argentina had no intention of releasing the two regions of the exchange and keep indefinitely.Seeing how the situation created by this government was immovable, because our treasury is empty and that, apparently want to make quick and easy money from extort a much weaker country than Argentina, the end of the conversation continued as reads this screenshot

Fault this government unethical because the proposal is not discussed in the congress. Congress, on the other hand, they have taken from us. And certainly it has been reported in the mass PM open with the presidents of the mexican political parties.
We are branded as unreliable with the possible payment obligations, taking them, by the proximity of the regions that keep, always the possibility and means to wipe us again.
Finally, they admit that they have no interest in Mexico, only for the two regions who want to keep for the bonus, and his desire for easy money.







There have been several pacts that involves to several legislatures on countless occasions and nothing happened. My impression is that they want to end the battered plundering state coffers.
Therefore, my offer is launched and despite them, agreed and communicated in the mass with the mexican political parties. They do not accept it because they just want 180,000 cc or less, according to his latest post, payable this month.
We will have to evaluate and prepare other means of liberation. Since they do not sign the pact with Mexico because they do not trust that meet payment obligations and, by this government, there is reticence that once paid the ransom, they fulfill their word to free, or wipe again the next month.
