Dear readers,
Will eRepublik survive this latest blow. A new bug has appeared allowing apparently allowing you to access unlimited amounts of gold. Just check these accounts by example:

The last account is obviously emptying all monetary markets, screwing up the whole system.
Already an article in Spanish media has appeared blaming PEACE for abusing this bug in the French Wars. I would like to ask you to check the statistics: http://www.e-ipb.info/erepublik/index.php . Then take into account the fact that there we're a lot of MPP's active and Italy stole quite some gold.
It's also remarkable to see which countries markets that last account is emptying right? (Iran, Turkey, France, Portugal, Italy Venezuela)
I'd say stop the whining and blame the real cheaters. I do not blame any Alliance, I only blame the persons responsible abusing these glitches.
Also I'd like to know why we can still access eRepublik.com (hint!)

well if you are from Romania or you are a friend of them you have nothing to fear you will not be banned.
The worst thing is the admins won't be able to hire anybody to fix this because now all that gold they are trying to sell us is worthless and they have no way of making money.

Anyone got other old donation logs? Oldest I've found yet is the 15k to durutti.
@Jazar. Well, as I can see that you don't read, I'll explain this here and in english.

These transactions were for other bug (finals of November, exactly). Admins fixed it (deleting all the fake GOLD) and punish me for this.

I´m not Spanish so you can´t expect me to be able to read that (also, where did you post it? In the Balonia's article with over 180 comments without referring to my name (as I searched my name for responses)?)
Anyway, my apologies. Someone posted the link on IRC and it did fit the profile. I'll remove it from the article.
Durruti was punished and gold deleted. So, now, illegal gold must be deleted. Things gained with that illegal gold (heros, militar rank, weapons, wars...) must be deleted.
Admins, you have logs. Act.

And, by the way, how did they punished you? They said "bad boy, bad boy?" and nothing more?

It was about 25th of November I believe. Today, is 18th January. Less than 2 months, so eRepublik shows that this was 1 month ago.
The punish: delete all the GOLD in about 15 hours and temporarily ban me.

I have no doubt both sides have been using this for far too long, and I'm hoping that we see large amounts of "Permanently Banned" and companies dissapearing.
I will however state that if you were to compare the gold used by alliances in recent events, it's much more widespread in PEACE.

Indeed let us focus on get rid of the gold bugs ands making eRepublik fair. Nothing to do with "the war" between Atlantis and Peace. All who used "bugs "to get rich must be punished and all who has had benefit unfairly from that must be punished too.
That is the only way to get over this. Permanent bans will not solve this. Clearer rules, equal rules, that is what is important.
Do one who I do blame are the developers...
You know I never told anyone this but in the beginning I was able to edit and delete topics and posts on the forum by just changing the url like http://erepublik.com/forum/post/edit/id/2329 or something like that.
Also editing people's profile was possible. I then said it to the admin and they changed it afterwards but still... such things should never occure not even in a beta.
