Dear Chile,
As you well know, we have long been buddies. From my constantly telling you how great I think Sebastian Pinera is, to my comments about how awesome it would be to have an eRepublik Summit at Algarrobo. The point being, we have been friends for quite awhile. Recently, the ruling eUSA government decided that they wanted to be allies, after many months of treating your country like dirt, and betraying your trust to begin with. If someone cheats on you, or sticks a dagger through your back, it is never wise to trust them again. Don't believe anything the eUSA government tells you. The AFA and yours truly have always been, and will always be your faithful friends.
Anyway, I wanted to reiterate to you once again that you are more than welcome to join us in the eUSA. Our party has given Congressional representation to Chilean-Americans for the past two months, and we look forward to continuing this in to the future. I will try to sum it up in to terms you will understand. Our opponents are basically like a mob of Camila Vallejo's trying to destroy our economy and ruin our country. On the other hand, we stand on principle and honor. The day is coming soon when the AFA and its allies will take the helm of the eUSA, and we eagerly look forward to our dear Chilean allies being by our side. Just as Chile is our strongest ally in real life Latin America, you deserve to be so here as well. Under our leadership, you will never have to look over your shoulder wondering if the eUSA will betray you again. We remember our friends, always.

Ronald, I respect you, and I respect your enemys. The point of my message is that we dont want to be used in internal fights. We respect the self-determination of every country, so in that way we dosnt want to send votes to help one or other side.
