Suggestions concerning changes.

Military organization we have now is favorable for strong players to become stronger and wicker players become more wick. We need changes for:
1) Strategic component in a game
2) Increase a level of self-esteem of players in wicker countries
3) Make a balance of power taking into consideration a principle of justice.

The military module we have now is straightforward that’s why there is no chance for patriots of their countries to defend them. It makes dull and kills an interest to the game. Greater part of new players leave it because their country is occupied totally. And it’s no wonder. Everyone wants to feel its importance and to be a member of a successful or heroic nation, but a new player doesn’t have a chance to change anything and he isn’t interested in the game anymore.

The WAR

1) Every country must have at least one region. I mean the last region of the country shouldn’t be attacked! This suggestion has to improve a situation in a political module. There won’t be a situation when a country doesn’t have a congress. It means that the political module will work and develop. Besides, an economy of a country will be open for import. Markets will be opened for purchases of players from other countries and it will help to keep a demand on the market.
2) Rules of MPP need to be updated (old and fare rules should be returned). MPP has to be activated when there is an attack on the native region. MPP mustn’t be active for a country that attacks. This suggestion will change the rules of war significantly. Soldiers of alliance countries will be able to participate in battles only from the territory of a country that attacks. It will increase coordination and communication among alliances. Besides, it will increase expenses for flights and as a result there will be less national currency and that will lead to decrease inflation.
3) Power of the countries is very different. I suggest to change the rules. The country which native region is under attack must have a bonus for defense. Why? That’s because all inhabitants defend their country making all their efforts and the more enemy conquers the higher despair and efforts are. Bonus for the defense must be progressive. It means the less native regions are left the higher bonus is.

There is an explanation below:

- Country A has 14 native regions. Its third region is being attacked by countries B, C, D. A soldier who attacks makes a damage of 1000 units, but 950 units are counted (95 % of damage).
- At the same time a soldier from a country that protects has 1000 units, but 1050 units are counted (105 % damage) (5% of all protective fights with countries B, C, D).
- Let’s assume the country A lost those three battles. It has 11 regions. The country that attacks has the initiative. It attacks again. Country B attacks the 11 region, country C the 10th and the last one attacks the 9th region. The influence for country B is counted as in the previous example. As for the countries C and D the first one should have reduced its damage by 10 % in the 10th region and the second one by 15 % in the 9th region. As for the country that is being attacked its influence must be increased by 10 % and 15 % in those regions.
- If the 8th region is under attack and so on the coefficient changes by 5 % every time. In a fight for the last region the country that attacks will make 50 % of its damage and defenders – 150 % of their damage.
- If country A wins some of the battles it will have the initiation. An attack on the occupied regions must be the same as protection but in reserve order. It means that with every native region that will be returned the coefficient will be reduced. As the result the attack on the last region will be +5 % to the attack and -5 % to the defense.

Attention! This coefficient is applied for all soldiers who struggle on the territory of the country, who are directly involved in the battle (countries A, B, C, D).

Attention! MPP are active in case of an attack on native regions. Those coefficients are not applied to the influence of alliances who participate in those battles due to MPP, to get a bonus you have to be on the territory of a country that is being attacked. It will increase the role of MPP significantly.

Attention! Those coefficients are not used when points for rank are counted. Points will be counted the same way as they are counted now. It won’t make less interest for soldiers to participate in the battles.


Resistance

It’s an important part of the game. The problem is that resistance is done by everyone who wants to do that.
I suggest limiting the right to raise resistance. It must be raised by a citizen of the country which regions are occupied. That’s because the coefficient must be counted the same as in regular fightings.

- Country A is occupied and has only one of its native regions. A resistance is organized in a region which is occupied by country B. an influence must be divided the same as in a fight for the last region that can be attacked. As a result in the first resistance rebels will make a 150 % damage and defenders 50 % of their damage.
- Lets imagine that the second resistance is started in a region that is occupied by country C. Damage will be shared like this: 145 % for rebels and 55 % for defenders. And so on. With every region that will be returned the coefficient will be less. As a result rebels will fight in resistance with a coefficient +5 % and -5 % for defenders.

Attention! If there is an attack from a country which regions are conquered there can be no resistance war.

Example:

Country A attacks its occupied region by country B. It means that there cannot be a resistance war in country B on the occupied regions of country A. But there can be a resistance war in occupied regions of C and D countries. An influence must be counted considering chronology of tactic and raising rebellion. The later event happens the fewer coefficients is.
It will increase strategic component of the game significantly. Decisions will be made carefully and action will be coordinated. Military commanders of countries and alliances will have to plan carefully and coordinate actions of soldiers clearly.
Strategy and tactics will dominate due to such conditions of fights.
The game becomes unpredictable and as a result attracts attention of players.
