A brief summary about wellness

In V1 wellness has become a issue much more than in BETA.
Recently i wrote two articles about wellness :

NOTE: the assumption on this article is that u use only house and food to keep ur wellness high. Meaning u don't receive gifts, wellness pack o lose wellness other ways.

First of all a few definitions :
wellness bonus, or GAIN, is the sum of house quality and food quality u use every day ( in my previous article i refer to it as GAIN ). this is not actually added to ur wellness, but rather is mutiplied by a factor depending on ur current wellness ( wellness bonus is exaclty the amount added to ur wellness only if ur wellness was 50 ).
wellness loss, or LOSS, is the sum of ur daily wellness loss ( company quality + 1 if u work ).

An example : if u work in a q2 company, train, have a q3 house and eat q2 food, ur wellness bonus is 5 ( q3 house + q2 food ) and ur wellness loss is 3 ( q2 company + train ). According to my table, in the long run ur wellness would become stable around 90% and ur productivity around 93% of the maximum possible.




Decide ur target wellness

Here are a few chart that may help u :

An example :
a. u want ur wellness to be 80% + ( ur target )
b. u own q4 house ( basic wellness bonus would be 4 then )
c. u want to buy maximum q2 food ( so ur total wellness bonus will be 6 )
d. u wanna train ( so u start from 1 + company quality in loss )
On the target 80+ wellness with a wellness bonus of 6, ur maximum loss should be 4. so u should not work for a company higher than q3 ( q3 + train ).
Working in q3 company, training, eating q2 food and with a q4 house ur wellness should be stable around 83%

Generally speaking i'd say those target would be reasonable for most people :

House based
No house : 50+
q1-2 house : 60+
q3-4 house : 70+
q5 house : 80+


Skill level based ( as high skill will grant u higher salaries and the chance to buy better food )
Skill 0-3 : 50+ ( newcomers )
Skill 3-4 : 60+
Skill 4-6 : 70+
Skill 7+ : 80+


Level based
1-6 : 50+
7-10 : 60+
11-14 : 70+
15+ : 80+


NOTE 1: i'd suggest people to keep in mind u NEED a decent house to work in high quality job and keep ur wellness ( and productivity ) high.

NOTE 2: keep in mind, ur producivity decrease slower than wellness. Said that at 100% wellness u have 100% productivity, this is how ur productivity decrease :
Wellness 90% -> Productivity 93%
Wellness 80% -> Productivity 86%
Wellness 70% -> Productivity 80%
Wellness 60% -> Productivity 73%
Wellness 50% -> Productivity 66%
