I want to run for Deputy Speaker

If elected, I'm going to run for Deputy Speaker to help the Speaker manage the Congress.

Also, I have some ideas that might help make Congress a leaner, meaner legislating machine.

For example, we could do a general awareness campaign that could educate people (especially Congressman-hopefuls) on what it takes to become a Congressman, what are the rules and conventions (such as immigration policies, proposal time limit policies, 'lulz' policies and schedules etc.) of the Philippine Congress that members must observe, so that new Congressmen (and even old) are not totally clueless once they set foot on the Congress floor.

Now, that's probably already our job in the education department (I'm currently head of the Department of Education, by the way 😉), but things could probably run much smoother if I get a position within the Congress leadership.

And, of course, I shall render all services and dispense of all duties expected of and becoming of an eFilipino Congressman (such as voting on proposals, participating in discussion, etc.).
