Agreement with the Junta

We have met an agreement with the Junta:

"1. President MoredanKantose considers the Junta responsible of all military matters until 28th October 00:00 and supports the military actions decided by the Minister of Defense chosen by the Junta.
2. Leader of the Junta Kalimbo considers the Government responsible of all civil matters by the same time and supports the civil actions decided by the Government chosen by President MoredanKantose.
3. President MoredanKantose will accept any laws voted in the new Duma by absolute majority (more than 50% of positive votes).

I had to renounce to my projects for the Army for now, because the alternative was an open civil war. I think that the Junta was not really aware of all I could have done, but now is not the time of warnings but of working together.

That means that we will not have the 4th most powerful army at the end of my mandate . I am very sad about this but the rebellion of most Commanders made it impossible.

I want to send my appreciation to the Commander of the Regulars, to many members of the 1st Wolverines who supported me, and to the Macedonian Phalanx and the Russian Foreign Legion, for they loyalty.

NOW IT IS THE TIME TO FIGHT FOR THE DUMA!.

Only if we get a comfortable majority in the Duma, made of Congressmen who are friendly to our view of the Army, can we start to make the reforms we need.

The Army we propose is truly disciplined, with truly democratically elected counselors, centered in the normal solider and not in the Elite, mobile, cheap and massive. In other words - a mix between the Irregulars and HabraReaction.

We will defend this proposal in the Duma and try to find a compromise which has its support.

And then we will change eRussia forever!
