Armed Forces Reforms & First Recruitments [EDIT]

Again, greetings to all eCzech Republic citizens!

In my last article here, i promised to set up the detailed plan, and now here it is.

1. Since the old lists of soldiers were too outdated, i skipped the activity check and made new Sign up Form, you can find it here: eCzech Republic Army Recruitment Form
All eCzech Citizens should sign up for the army, only together we can protect The Country! Czech version of form will be available tomorrow.

2. All soldiers that apply with this form will be sorted in units according to their strength and damage:

Training Camp will be for new players to learn how to fight, heal and the basics of war module.
-Strength 1 to 4.99
-Damage 0 to 1499

National Army will be used to defend the country, it will gather mid strength players, and this will be the biggest unit, probably divided in two smaller units. Depends on number of applicants.
-Strength 5.00 to 9.99
-Damage 1500 to 19999

Elite Unit will be used for special operations outside the country, helping our allies, it will be a unit holding the strongest players and will defend the country like other units if needed.
-Strength over 10
-Damage over 20000

3. Commanders of all units are appointed and their names will be published tomorrow, when i assign them to their positions. I tried to keep the number of Officers low, so we can communicate faster, but with this type of organizations and the created spreadsheets, we can organize thousands of soldiers without a problem, and then add just more commanders and units if needed! So think of this as long term plan and a short term reform.

4. The new army avatars are ready, you can view them on this links, i used real life logo of Czech Minister of Defense and modified it for our use. After you are transferred to your unit you will be notified and a link of avatar will be sent to you. Every soldier will have to use it in organized actions.

5. I talked to President and we will probably open a weapon company for the army. Soldiers will work there for minimum wages once every 2 weeks, the weapons will be stockpiled and used for army actions. Soldiers could profit from this project.

6. All this data will be transferred to the eCR Armed Forces Wiki Page after we take care of all the priorities.
