Advisory to Government Officials

To all military commanders, civil servants and government officials (e.g. directors, deputies, associates, assistants, ambassadors, official representatives, etc.),

Stay in your posts. Your term in office will not automatically end on the 6th. Your term will end when the next president will have chosen your replacement or officially relieved you of duty.

I am pronouncing this to make sure that there is no gap in the transition from my administration to the next president's where there is no government in place.

That's exactly what happened last time (the HazzN-to-me transition) and, uh... bad things happened.

I am also not able at the moment to access the Internet regularly.

To the next president of the Philippines,

I'll send you the list of passwords of all the orgs later when I get things organized on my end. Right now, they are not. In the meantime, you can get the passwords of the essential orgs from the current directors.

And make sure you change the passwords.

Um. Yeah. Don't accept spy applications. You're not supposed to know who they are. Refer all applications to NICA. And to anyone who wants to be a spy, don't apply to the president. Apply to the NICA director. Just a friendly reminder.

Again, to government officials,

Please volunteer any info to the president which you think he might need to know. I'd like to brief him myself but I can't stay online very long. Thanks.
