Knowledge is power, so the saying goes, and the same could not be truer for eRepublik.

Effective communication of knowledge and information between the various government branches and agencies is one of the hallmarks of a well-functioning government.

Revolutionizing Information Management

I therefore propose the establishment of a Cabinet-level Philippine Information Agency, a team of correspondence- and/or code-savvy individuals tasked with the responsibility of revolutionizing the way we gather and disseminate information.

The PIA will exploit eRepublik application programming interface (API) code that will automatically crawl the game web site for relevant data and statistics, and collate them into intelligible and useful information.

The Agency will empower our government agencies, the military and the people by providing them a fast, convenient and seamless way of obtaining information, and thus allowing them to make quicker and more well-informed decisions easily.
