As congressman/woman, it is your obligation - nay, your duty - nay, your purpose inI eLife - to vote an empathic, resounding, reverberating YES to this proposal.

It is like the signing of the Philippine and American Declarations of Independence, the ratification of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, the approval of theTydings-McDuffie Act, the stamping of the Magna Carta, the creation of the Code of Hammurabi, and the promulgating of The Man Code combined.

Leave your mark in history. Write your name in the annals, chronicles, almanacs, encyclopedias, journals, archives, records, reports and registers of the Philippines.

Oh, and we also need the money to regulate the monetary markets and safeguard the money. We do this every month before the Congress elections.
