HazzN For CP Pt2: Company Expansion and Military Advancement

Day 589, 03:04 Published in Philippines Philippines by HazzN

It may seem odd to you that I would group these two subjects together, but as explanation, I shall say this: By expanding our government run companies, we can advance our military.

How?

Our military is not just a list of names in a spreadsheet, though it may at times seem that way. By filling in that military registration form, by adding you name to that list, you are pledging your life to our country. You are agreeing to fight to protect our regions and the regions of our allies. In exchange we, the government, are pledging to supply you with weapons and moving tickets, so that you can perform as best as you are able.

Currently, the Department of Home Affairs is the General Manager of a Q2 Iron company, and a Q1 Weapons company. By working in one of those companies, you are producing the materials required by our Armed Forces.

Q1 Weapons are all very good, they improve the damage provided by one of our soldiers and make our military that little bit more dangerous. Let's look at some numbers.

Take Joe Bloggs, he's just hit 5 strength and wants to join our military.

Joe, unarmed, provides 9.9 damage. That's pretty dismal when you think our nation could fall if he doesn't hold the line.

With a Q1 Joe provides 23.76. Much better, double digits that's great.

With a Q3 weapons Joe provides 31.68.

Now, imagine if everyone in the Philippine Military Academy was doing 30 damage instead of 20? Imagine now that our elite soldiers were providing 130 instead of 95 damage. 5 fights each, for each soldier. The damage soon clocks up. This could be the difference between loosing a region, and walking all over our attackers.

My plans for the next month are as follows:
We purchase a Q3 weapons company, to work along side our current Q1 company. Q3s take three times as long to produce, and so keeping the Q1 company open will ensure a continuous stream of weapons. During a time of war, this will be very beneficial. If we run low on Q3s, we will still be able to supply our soldiers with Q1s. There should NEVER be a situation where we have no weapons for our boys.

A list of Government Friendly iron companies shall be written up, and stock pile contracts will be produced. Our iron company is already struggling with demand, and with the growth of our Armed Forces this will only get worse. By working with local General Managers we can ensure stable income for them, and regular iron for us.

For those who don't know, a Stock Pile works as follows:
1. The government pays a company xPHP to produce yIron.
2. yIron must ALWAYS be in the companies stock.
3. Any other stock above the Stock Pile limit is saleable as usual.
4. When required, the Iron is then passed to the government for use in the Weapons Company.

This will ensure that there is always iron available for the weapons companies, and at no point will manufacture run to a halt. Costs of the Stock Pile will be negotiated between the Director of Home Affairs and the General Manager of the Government Friendly Company.

This will not just benefit the local General Managers and our Soldiers, it will also provide jobs with solid wages for citizens of the Philippines.

During times of war, all Mobile Unit soldiers will be called home. A list of the Government Friendly Companies will be released and soldiers recommended that they work for these companies or one of the DoHA companies. This will ensure that there is always a work force producing Raw Materials and Weapons for our soldiers.

It will also be recommended that all Special Op unit soldiers will carry 5 Q3 weapons at all times. This will ensure immediate response in case of a surprise attack. With our Q4 hospital in place, there are also plans to organise training wars with our nearby allies. This will allow our Home Defense Units the chance to train, as well as providing the citizens of the Philippines the chance to gain free wellness, gain experience points, and generally have more fun.
