The following article is a submission by a Nikko_33, who is running for Congress today. Since the beginning, The Outsider has offered to publish the Congress election manifestos/political platforms of those who do not have their own newspapers. This is our first reader-submitted political presentation:

Kumusta, mga kabayan!

I am Nikko_33, and I am running as a congressman for the Region of Palawan under the newly-launched Kilusan ng Makabagong Pinoy (KMP) party.



I was born in ePhilippines on Day 490, and since then, have missed just one day of work. I would have gotten my second Hardworker Medal by now, but there wasn’t an open cybercafé in Marinduque on Good Friday (my 19th day). ;-D



I was part of the 2nd batch of graduates of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) run by our Department of Defense. I am enlisted in the Philippine Army with a rank of Lieutenant and have recently achieved my first “Super Soldier” award.



I “grew up” here in ePhilippines during the Spanish Invasion, and saw how they disrespected our culture and created havoc in our economy and treasury. I was so frustrated that I was unqualified to run during the April Congressional Elections (my candidacy could have prevented one Spaniard from running). Only later will I learn that there’s a way to level up fast by going abroad and fighting in wars.

Armed with this new knowledge, I began helping other ePinoys to move abroad to fight & work in order to level up fast, earn bigger pay & maintain high wellness points. For just a small investment, these ePinoys were able to earn an average of 10 exp points a day while maintaining 90+ wellness.



I call this the OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker/Warriors) program, which I consider to be the most important among my so-called “achievements” here in eRepublik. Not only was I able to help our countrymen in their advancement, I also made some very good friends along the way. Some of its beneficiaries are: Zehel, Arya Stark , Marxel, Juanre & Enitsirk 143.

The program will soon be formally launched under an organization I’ve created, Group_33, to better manage the system and reach more of our countrymen.



In addition, I’m currently excited with my company, Tickets_33. The company was created so more jobs would be available for eFilipinos. And provide local consumers with affordable Moving Tickets.



So what will I do as a Congressman?

Being close to my heart, I will help create a network of organizations dedicated to the improvement and advancement of new citizens. I shall coordinate with the government and other private organizations to bring about a sustainable aid system to newbies so they could be more
productive and encourage more participation in our nation’s growth.



I will actively participate in the discussions in congress and contribute to the creation of laws that will be beneficial to the country. Being a company owner, I will bring to the table first-hand accounts of how government regulations are affecting us, and consequently the economy and our ability to provide jobs.

I am also in firm agreement that our nation’s priority right now is the acquisition of high quality hospitals and defense system. Concurrently, we should continue strengthening our diplomatic ties to be able to eventually participate significantly in world events.



These are just some of my plans and philosophies that I hope to bring into Congress. Help me bring about more meaningful improvement in our experience here in eRepublik.
