Join the new world

Hello eJapan, this is Kyo Kusanagi, and I'm running for the TFC congress seat in Kinki, Japan.

My platform will be based on increasing inter-party communication and cooperation, reflecting the show of national unity we made by electing Kokawa our president in the last election. I think the choices that are best for eJapan can be decided empirically and be made obvious, therefore there is little room for interpretation and partisan disguises. It is possible, and it is for the best of eJapan, that we all work together.

However, I will put special emphasis on the areas that I have already begun to involve myself in - even before placing my candidacy for congress. - I stress the importance of a strong community infrastructure for eJapan, which already has begun to take place. The resurgence of the IRC chat - although it has had both ups and downs, has undoubtedly been a boon for eJapan. My proposal to increase activity on the eJapan forums has already been put into effect and has thus far been successful at both stimulating the economy and bringing new members to the forums, and the recently unveiled community newspaper will undoubtedly be a similar success. Yes, thanks to the help of our many active members, myself included, the face of eJapan is changing for the better. eJapan will continue to grow stronger, granted eJapan's citizens continue to have a strong voice in their community and in their government. In congress, I will continue to support these ideals, and increase the activity and interest of the citizens of eJapan, in order to make our country more unified, and stronger.

I will push for eJapan to be prepared to defend itself from the international turmoil that embroils it's neighbors, but I will not tolerate a warlike Japan. I will promote the PEACE wargames and ensure that they continue to eJapan's benefit, and I will keep citizens informed of the benefits they can receive from these games.
