The Outsider would like to congratulate all the victors in yesterday's Congress elections!
We congratulate the Filipino Progressive Movement, the Philippines for the Filipinos Party, the Philippine Advancement Party and, yes, even the Secta del Guru Varnish.
We also congratulate yesterday's voters, without whose participation, this election would not have been a success. Thank you all for your encouraging support.
The time for bickering, mud-slinging and name-calling has passed. Let us set our differences aside and form a Unity Government for the betterment of our people.
