Добрый вечер Уважаемые соотечественники.

Я хотел бы выступить с объяснениями о текущем моменте в стране.

В стране разразился политический кризис из-за попытки одной партии (FRP) совершить ТО в другой партии (CDP). Лидеры CDP отстояли свою партию а экс-президент Смирнов заблокировал средства казны на Russian Treasury. Правительство подало в отставку, министр обороны также подал в отставку, начальники ком.взводов будут уволены, а война с Румынией начнется через несколько часов. В связи с этим я хотел бы кое-что объяснить.

Во-первых, определение тактики предвыборной компании и ответственность за ее последствия несут председателя партии. Я президент страны и НЕ руковожу ни одной из партий. Вся вина за ТО лежит на предыдущем руководстве ФРП, что они и собственно и признали в своей статье http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-1-779445/1/20. Я в ТО никак не участвовал и прилагал все усилия чтобы не участвовали и другие.

Во-вторых правительство, члены которого поддержали ТО подали в отставку на следующий день после выборов. Как президент я объявил Чрезвычайное Положение ввел прямое президентское правление и сейчас занимаюсь формированием нового кабинета министров. Думаю скоро смогу уже представить вашему вниманию. Ни одного человека, который был замешан в ТО в новом составе кабинета министров и в руководящем составе армии - не будет.

В-третьих экс-президент России Смирнов, пользуясь тем, что организация зарегистрирована на его почтовый ящик заблокировал доступ к средствам казны. Для разблокировки он выдвигает ряд требований. Он предлагает кроме увольнения зачинщиков с постов в правительстве, уволить их и из партии, а также запретить заниматься любой политической деятельностью в течении месяца. Я понимаю чувства первого президента, которого очень расстроила попытка ТО в собственной стране, но предлагаемые им меры практически не осуществимы. То есть приказ издать можно, но кто же заставить например того Изврата или Тихинена отказаться от выдвижения в следующий парламент, даже если это запрещено приказом ? Механика игры это не позволяет сделать, руководство ФРП я не контролирую (это кстати к требованию исключить зачинщиков из Партии, тем более что один их них и является сейчас председателем Партии, куда его я уволю ?), а запреты для некоторых людей только является стимулом к действию. Кроме того, сама блокировка казны с целью давления на президента мне кажется некорректным шагом, не говоря уже о том, что ставит государство в крайне невыгодное положение, особенно перед лицом начала войны с Румынии.

В-четвертых министр обороны подал в отставку. У нас состоялся с ним разговор, где выяснилось что его взгляды на реформирование армии не совпадают с моими. Сразу хочу предупредить что никакой политики тут не нет, просто я никак не мог дождаться отчетов о расходовании казенного оружия. Новые взводные будут назначены сегодня вечером, я хочу добиться более прозрачной структуры и жесткого контроля за расходованием казённых средств. Мы должны работать над повышением эффективности армии. Вместе с тем, хочу поблагодарить Леонардо за работу на посту министра обороны и выразить надежду что он будет работать в структурах российской армии и впредь.

В-пятых война с Румынией которую мы объявим через несколько часов поможет консолидироваться нашему обществу, поможет союзникам, и позволит гражданам России лечится (ко мне постоянно приходят запросы о боевых действиях для лечения граждан). Конечно сейчас немного не время (политический кризис), но все вовремя не бывает, надо уметь действовать и в условиях цейтнота.

Current situation in eRussia

Good evening, dear fellow countrymen.

I would like to make some statements about the present situation.

In our country the political crisis has happened because of attempt of TO in CDP by some men from FRP. Leaders of CDP have defended the party and e😜resident Smirnov has blocked Russian Treasury. The Government has resigned, the Minister of Defence also has resigned, chiefs of platoons will be dismissed, and war with Romania will begin in some hours. In this connection I would like to explain something.

First, tactics development of the pre-election company and responsibility for its consequences carry the party president. I am the president of the country and do not lead any of parties. All fault for TO lies on the present management of FRP, that they actually have admited in the article http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-1-779445/1/20. I didn’t take part in TO and i made all efforts that others did not participate also.
Second, the Government members who had supported TO resigned next day after elections. As the president I declared national emergency, brought direct presidential board and now I am forming a new cabinet. I think soon I will present it to your attention. In the new cabinet and in the new army management will be no person who has been got mixed up in TO.

Third, the e😜resident of Russia Smirnov, using that the organisation is registered on its mail box has blocked access to treasury funds. For an unblocking he puts forward a number of requirements. He offers except dismissal of instigators from posts in the government, to dismiss them from party too, and also to forbid to be engaged in any political activity in the current month. I understand feelings of the first president who was very upset because of TO attempt in own country, but measures offered by him practically are not realizable. It is possible to publish the order, but who will force for example Izvrat or Tihinen to refuse promotion in the following parliament even if it is prohibited by the order? The mechanics of game does not allow to make it, I do not control the management of FRP (btw to the requirement to exclude instigators from the party, one of them now is the president of the party, where I will dismiss him?), and interdictions for some people only is stimulus to action. Besides, blocking of treasury for the purpose of pressure upon the president seems to me incorrect step, not to mention that puts the state in the extremely weak position, especially in the face of the beginning war with Romania.

Forth, the Minister of Defence has resigned. We had a conversation where it was found out that his point of sight at army reforming do not coincide with mine. I wish to warn that there is no policy, just I could not wait reports on an expenditure of the state weapon. The new platoon chiefs will be appointed tonight, I want to achieve more transparent structure and the rigid control over an expenditure of state funds. We should work over increase of army efficiency. At the same time, I would like to thank Leonardo for work on a post of the Minister of Defence and to express hope that he will continue to work in structures of the Russian army.

Firth, war with Romania which we will declare in some hours will help to consolidate our society, will help our allies, and will allow citizens of Russia to receive treatment (i constantly receive inquiries about operations for treatment of citizens). Certainly now it is a little not a time (political crisis), but all does not happen in time, it is necessary to be able to act in the conditions of a time trouble.
