Wouldn't this mean that the current countries that have a great deal of wealth will become more powerful regarding their military prowess. The poorer countries will become weaker and weaker. It would also take away the point of training and being promoted. I think it would be better idea if citizens got to train particular skills like tank skill or fighter pilot skill and then they could get assigned to a tank or fighter and the damage the vehicles give is affected by the citizens skill level. this would incorporate you're idea of war vehicles while still retaining the basic principles for war that are in effect at the moment.

Not such a great thing for us, all the wealthy countries will spread their empires much quicker and the advantage over poorer countries would be waaay to realistic...

Then why not make the prices around 1k gold just for building the war factory, not counting the airbase needed to build jet fighters or the tanks and jets themselves and the oil and the Q....that way, this kind of technology would be too impractical even for wealthy nations and it would give poor nations to somehow catch up >.> I also believe that the prices for jets and tanks should be in gold and should depend on the Q of the product

P.S. The soviets may look awesome, but when it comes to overall power, I don't think they match up against the allies.

Red Alert example: Can a conscript even deploy? @.@ And what's so great about that nuke? It can't even destroy the main base thingy. (Sorry, forgot what it was called)

RA 3 is also good, I played the Empire of the Rising Sun and it was good, (there was a Samurai mech there.... hahahaha) but the Soviet still kicked som @$$

the Soviets' main power is to overwhelm the enemy with brute force and of course tactics, while the Allies do some defense and use their technology for deceit, which is their real tactic....

well overall, they all match-up, until the Empire of the Rising Sun shows up....

It would undermine the social aspect of the game,where an attack is from a person and an attack depends on a persons strength and rank.
