CEBU CITY - The second Philippine Congress passed a bill purchasing Q1 defense systems for the Visayas region for the ridiculously dirt-cheap price of 0.01 PHP yesterday.

Just 4 days ago, Congress bought a similarly priced project for Palawan island, also from the same defense contractor TF Mobile Defence (TFMD). (Read story here: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/news-bulley-sets-up-defense-systems-in-palawan-for-0-01-php-774015/1/20)

The bill was proposed by Philippine President Big Boy Bulley and was approved by Congress, 16-nil.

The deal was secured through negotiations with newly appointed national Director of Finance roadrunnerspeed, who holds significant interests in Sweden-based Trade Federation SWE, TFMD's parent company.

According to the President, the deal involved subsidizing TFMD's export licenses to the country in exchange for a phenomenal discount on defense contracts.

Bulley also declared that he plans to set up higher quality defense installations in the Mindanao region, which "borders" several Indonesian territories to the south.
