News | Bulley Sets Up Defense Systems in Palawan for 0.01 PHP

PUERTO PRINCESA - Philippine President Big Boy Bulley, through Congress, purchased quality 1 (Q1) defense systems for Palawan for the unbelievably low, low price of 0.01 PHP yesterday.
The purchase bill was approved by a Filipino Progressive Movement (FPM)-led Congress, 16-nil.
TF Mobile Defence (TFMD), a Sweden-based defense contractor, was hired by the President to undertake construction of the project.
Bulley acquired the TFMD defense contract at such an exuberantly low price by striking a deal with newly appointed national Director of Finance and FPM supporter roadrunnerspeed, who owns significant holdings in Trade Federation SWE, TFMD's parent company, he revealed to The Outsider
Although Q1 defense systems at the moment cost as much as 20 to 30 GOLD in the world market, Bulley reasoned that the low demand for them also helped in securing said contract.
When asked why he chose Palawan as the site for construction, he said that it's the region that "need's the least protecting", which is "why it only got Q1". Palawan currently "borders" only Sabah, Malaysia.
The President also declared that he plans to set up higher quality defense systems in Mindanao, the country's second most populous region, which is just a stone's throw away from several Indonesian islands to the south.
As of press time, the President has proposed a bill to Congress to purchase another Q1 TFMD defense system for the Visayas for the same amazingly low price.

Woohoo! This is excellent news. Although those regions don't need protecting currently, it's still important to have a DS there even a Q1 as a statement. I heard we were trying to get them for this price but it's great the speed that it's all happened (as well as the price of course).
