eRepublik is built on the personalities and citizens of the game. So it is no surprise that the biggest category of pages in the wiki is Citizen Pages. A citizen page is a wiki page linked to your eRepublik profile where you can write about your citizen.

To help all citizens create a citizen page, there is a Citizen Page Tutorial (CPT) All new accounts have this tutorial linked in the welcome message. The tutorial provides a step-by-step process to create a citizen page. It also gives new users an overview of the basic wiki-skills needed for other articles, such as formatting, linking, creating redirects, and adding templates.

Experienced users should not ignore the tutorial. The CPT introduces how things are done in the eRepublik wiki. Who knows, you might learn something new.

Citizen Page Dos and Don'ts

*Do remember to link the page back to eRepublik
*Do write text (at least one sentence)
*Do write in the 3rd person
*Don’t use your citizen page as a blog
*Don’t forget to follow up on any notices (see previous article)
*Do link to other pages in the wiki
*Do follow the policies on references and fictional content


Wiki editors also have a User Page that is different than the citizen page. The user page and the user talk page are created when your wiki account is created. The user page is where you can write about your Real Life self and what you are doing in the wiki. The User Talk page is where other editors can leave you notes. Do not use your user page as your citizen page. If you do not want to write anything on your user page, simply add a link to your citizen page.
