These would be my answer to that article...
1. Yes, but only the history of country
2. Play hand-eye coordination game
3. Yes, introduce contract
4. Hell yeah...I hate rich people getting all privileges
5. reaches a long life (6months) or high level
6. a possibility of gaining nationality
7. local government rules
8. beta version graphics with some update
9. beta version war module
10. whenever it decides (as in real life)

5. Reaches a medium-long life (3 months-6 months) & a medium experience level (6th-10th).
6. Not-switchable & the possibility of claiming nationality from a foreign country after living & working there for a medium period (3months-6 months).
7. Yes.
8. V1 graphics with some improvements.
9. Beta version war module.
10. Whenever it decides, but only after creation of the United Nations.
