A New DoSA
Pierric Bross
As the soon-to-be elected president of the Democrats of South Africa party I would like to announce some changes for the party.
The party will gain a new icon (as seen in this article), and well, since I'm not any good with speeches, here is the party's new mission statement :
As members of the Democrats of South Africa party we strive to:
1. Present an open and honest government
2. Continue or expand the presence of Q1 government training companies
3. Make sure every South African has the opportunity to purchase Q1 goods of any sort no matter their wages (helped along via the use of training company products)
4. Make sure every South African can obtain a job in their first few days of activity (though the use of training companies, and media advertising)
5. Establish, continue, or upgrade towards a Q4 hospital company to construct and sell Q4 hospitals to all South African cities
6. Promote all South Africans to train within the military via the use of a gift rewards program to those training with less than 50 health
7. Promote the use of the media system via government awarded grants to those people who present a stable flow of relevant, informing and exceptional articles
8. Promote nationalism, but understand and accept the help of foreign aid in times of hardship or great need
9. Inform citizens of all concerning news and/or issues, and develop with them a plan to help, hinder, or prevent such an issue
10. Promote our country and become more involved in global politics
I am open to minor changes or discussion of policies if you want to.
Expect a few more unexpected changes to the party down the track.
So, what do you guys think?

Fairly good points, except number 8. While being proud of your country, or rather your community, is one thing... a positive aspect, nationalism is not. Nationalism creates ignorance, arrogance, wars, and disunity rather than a united human race through internationalism.
I especially like the quality 1 government jobs for training and providing jobs and the hospital idea - it\'s right what we\'re thinking as well.
The weakness of globalisation is that the fall of one is the fall of many. I want South Africa to be sufficient in it\'s own right and a passive country (not choosing sides unless it benefits their own survival). I know it\'s not the most compassionate or selfless of choices but it\'s the choice I feel South Africa needs.
All the best to you Rufus.
Nationalism can be good when it is revolutionary, i.e. when it is a part of the anti-imperialist struggle. We fight against zocky because we think that the South African people has a right to their own nation and to self-determination. I would say that this is a nationalist struggle.
Good luck Rufus, wish you become one of powerful parts in africa , cause you have good targets & am sure you are on right way 😉
I agree with Esteban! I don\'t support No. 8 but No. 2 is awesome!
VOTED!!!
Maybe \'patriotism\' would be more fitting. Good luck to you all, anyway.
I am all for \'nation building\' not nationalism. Voted
