Is it wrong...?

Day 283, 01:35 Published in South Africa Pakistan by Pierric Bross

Realising I could not continue saving for a house and not die at the same time, I went off-site to look for random people who wanted an invite to Erepublik. Only 2 people responded, but 2 was enough. I now had enough money to buy a house.

(This is the part where I start feeling a bit guilty).

Looking through the market I realise that up for offer in South Africa there were only Q1 houses... and they were rather expensive. So, I bought a travel ticket to another country and bought a Q2 house over there. The country I bought the house from was Indonesia. I started out living there (Australian in real life) and so I knew the market had cheap high quality house. Was that wrong to do?

I moved to South Africa because I could sort of relate to what had happened, and so I felt some strange sort of devotion to help you guys rebuild, hence moving here.

I feel like I've sort of betrayed that by buying from the nation that nearly destroyed you, but I really didn't want a Q1 house.

Is it wrong to forgo everything you stand for just for personal gain?
