[CP] Beginning of term update

Proud Japan,

Firstly, I wish to thank all Japanese that participated in the last elections. For me, this is a sweet surprise and I will take it with care.



As you know we started a new Training War with Portugal, to enable you more battles to participate in and increase your rank and wealth.

We are currently negotiating one more TW, and I will let you know the moment I have more info.

As for our current situation, we are surrounded by 'real war' activities, and we will remain neutral for the time being. However, we have to maintain a significant number of TW, for which we are using the current 'neighbors'.



The promise regarding the new air program will come true in the following days. Mainly it will be to give new and young players a little touch in the game and hopefully make them be more active and finally stay in the game.
