Yesterday was ofc the elections.
Now here is the strange thing from last month players are bussed in on election day.

As you can see last month they were all from Serbia:

Wait you say . Rules dont allow players to do this. There is a cool down period.
These seems to be the only rules still applicable:
If a citizen has already voted in a country/party, they are not allowed to vote again even if they change their country/party on the same day.
The cool down rule that used to be there seems was scrapped without telling anyone.
So voters are bussed in by and then leave the same day.

The "new party member" rule is ONLY for the Party President elections - it does not stop people voting in CP or Congress elections. Probably best if you go review how this works before complaining about it?
The mechanics of associate membership aside it is still poor form to bus in voters!
