Excited for the HAP program? Me too. However, it remains a fact that the high weapons price and their relative scarcity are a bar to many players.
If this sounds like you, come buy some of my cheap Q2 Aircraft Weapons at a low price of 799 CAD.
I plan on using the profits to keep upgrading my factories until I can produce Q7 aircraft weapons at a planned price of 1099 at great quantity, so perhaps consider buying some of my current supply or endorse this newspaper if you want to support this goal.

HAP is for the benefit of the Elites only
Only Elites can afford the good weapons, combine that with their strength from being around forever and they get the Lions share of the payouts
noobs get crumbs, but they need the noobs onboard to keep the program running while they pilfer all the tax dollars for themselves
LOL. It's hilarious that you rail against HAP, yet have no clue how it works. No one uses weapons for HAP payout because it's not based on damage, but on kills.
Strength has zero to do with air battles, that's only for ground battles.
And if anyone knows about pilfering tax dollars , it's you.
