Es ist vollbracht!
Der Ungarn-Vertrag II wurde im Kongress ratifiziert und ich freue mich ihn der Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren. Maßgebliche Änderungen im Gegensatz zum vorigen sind die Aufhebung der Routenklausel, ein gesicherter Kongress sowie Zahlung von Miete. Ich bedanke mich vor allem bei cbird für seine Vorarbeit im letzten Monat.

The HunGer-Treaty II has been ratified by congress and I am happy to present it to the public. The main changes to previous version include the removal of the route-clause, a secured congress and the payment of rent. I would like to thank cbird for creating the foundation in the last month.

eGermany and eHungary agree on the following:

1.) eHungary will keep the following regions: Bavaria, Baden-Wurttemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse.
2.) The tax revenue generated by these regions will be repaid to eGermany at the end of each term, the 5th of the month, in one amount.
3.) The monthly rental cost per region is set to 5,000 currency and is due on the 5th of the month.
4.) Neither eHungary nor eGermany will take any actions against each other, by organising RWs, or putting CO or DO against the other side.
5.) The governments of the two countries will inform each other about any action which could affect the other side.
6.) If eGermany does not possess any regions by the time of the elections, one of the regions will be temporarily liberated, to secure German congress.
7.) In case a region affected by this treaty will be liberated, Germany will start a Natural Enemy law upon consultation with Hungary.
8.) Danish regions will be treated the same as German core regions. The Danish-German union will be respected.
9.) The agreement will renew automatically every month, if it’s not cancelled before by one of the contracting parties. The agreement can be cancelled by the end of 7th of every month.

eDeutschland und eUngarn einigen sich auf die folgenden Punkte:
1.) eUngarn behält folgende Gebiete: Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen.
2.) Die eingenommenen Steuern der besetzten Regionen werden jeweils am 5. eines Monat in einer Summe zurückgezahlt.
3.) Die monatliche Miete wird auf 5,000 Währung pro Region festgelegt und ist zum 5. eines Monats zu zahlen.
4.) Weder eUngarn noch eDeutschland werden Aktionen gegeneinander starten, das gilt für organisierte Widerstandskriege, das Setzen von Combat-Orders sowie Daily Orders.
5.) Die Regierungen der beiden Länder werden sich gegenseitig über Aktionen informieren, die die andere betreffen könnten.
6.) Falls eDeutschland keine Regionen zum Zeitpunkt der Kongresswahlen besitzt, wird eine Region für die Zeit der Kongresswahlen befreit.
7.) Wird eine Region, die von diesem Vertrag betroffen ist, befreit, wird eDeutschland nach Absprache mit eUngarn einen Natürlichen Feind starten.
8.) Die dänischen Regionen werden genauso behandelt wie edeutsche Kernregionen. eUngarn respektiert die deutsch-dänische Union.
9.) Das Abkommen erneuert sich automatisch jeden Monat sofern es nicht vorher von einer der Vertragsparteien beendet wird. Das Abkommen kann zum 7. eines Monats fristgerecht gekündigt werden.
