On 8th september 2002. Yugoslavia became world basketball champion for 5th time or it should be better to say Serbia and Montenegro cuz only those 2 countries were making team, not every ex Yugoslavian republics like Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia or Macedonia. It was Serb-Montenegrian victory of spirit and team work.
