The History Of The eUK Monarchy

Day 2,839, 11:39 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by HebronGazelle

The monarchy of the eUnited Kingdom has stood for a long time, longer than most eUK citizens have been alive in this game. But so to has His Majesty, King Woldy I, sat on the throne of the eUnited Kingdom. For new players it may be hard to understand the history and significance of his majesty in the great kingdom that is the eUnited Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Island and the Commonwealth, which it is why we must remind ourselves of the events which took place to give ourselves such a noble community leader. This royal scroll will give all citizens an overview of the past, present and future of the monarchy.
All Rise For His Majesty!

eRepublik is game which has been around for a long time, and the House of Commons have been passing crazy legislation for a long time also. However, one piece of legislation which was not crazy was the Monarchy Act passed on the 18th of September 2009. This act was to establish the original monarchy which has gone through some changes over the years. His Majesty King Stephen Fry I was the first king of the eUnited Kingdom since the first few monarchs were based on real life figures. He reigned until February 2010 when King Jeremy Clarkson I took over, however his reign was short lived as he mysteriously disappeared in March 2010, some say to film a car program, other say to be racist towards foreigners. King Rowan Atkinson I then began his reign, which would become the last reign of a real life monarch.

His Majesty King Woldy I

The Monarchy Act was ammended on July 31st 2010 to allow eUK citizens to be elected as the monarch of the eUnited Kingdom, which quickly saw King Rowan Atkinson overthrown as King Kumnaa I of the House of Kumnaa elected as the new king of the eUnited Kingdom. King Kumnaa I's reign did not long, and His Majesty King Woldy I of the House of Woldy was elected as the king. King Kumnaa I's reign only lasted 2 months, as King Woldy I began his reign on the 14th October 2010.

Since then King Woldy I has faced many challenges to the throne. The Minister of Legislation, a now defunct ministry, Goku Jones removed all legislation which made King Woldy I's reign not recognised in law however the community and government continued to back King Woldy I as the monarch which kept him as the official monarch. During the same year Sir Jamesw challenged King Woldy I to his throne causing wargames to commence in the eUnited Kingdom which saw the community engaged in several battles. King Woldy I managed to defeat his rivals and kept himself firmly on the throne, and has since defeated all challengers meaning he has spent 5 years on the throne. King Woldy I is the longest reigning monarch in the history of the eWorld.
The House Of Woldy

The House of Woldy is shrouded in secrecy however several famous citizens have been known to have a place in the House of Woldy such as Emergy Maxfell, Madelina de Melrose and Butjam. We shall request for His Majesty to give me more details on the House of Woldy and the Woldy Bloodline so that it can be preserved in history. Some members of the House of Woldy include:

- Queen Madelina de Melrose
- Prince Emergy Maxfell
- First Sea Lord Mick Cain
- Earl of Warwick KearoB (previously Earl of Warwick Alan Warwickshire)
The Godly Powers Of His Majesty

Peasants across the land will wonder what his majesty can do on the throne of the eUnited Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth. King Woldy I is a modest king and does not often exert his powers over others but has been known to unite the country in times of need and give advice to Prime Minister's to keep peace in the lands. His Majesty is also the Democratic Dictator of the nation however this is not linked to his position as monarch, he was separately elected as the Democratic Dictator. Although daily prayers towards His Majesty were never made mandatory, several shrine and temples have been set up across the country for worshippers to pray.

His Majesty King Woldy I defeats his enemies.

The community has kept King Woldy I in power for the past 5 years and will likely keep him there for even longer. There have been some serious challenges to the thrown and some who falsely claim to be king. The most recent in these times is "King William the Great" who despite having king in his name has not been king, causing lots of controversy across the country. Citizens are reminded to not look at Willy, as he is commonly known, as king unless he chooses and succeeds in a serious attempt to be granted the right to sit on the throne by the community.
