The Department of Defense Strength Enhancement Program (DoDSEP) is designed to speed up the process of upgrading free training grounds for new USAF troops who work in USAF communes. Through small earnings on a daily basis, accounted for by USAF, amounting to a larger disbursement on a bi-weekly interval, our goal is to cut the time to full Free Training Ground upgrade, ideally by 20%.
During their first supply request each day, soldiers under level 45 will automatically earn a 0.5 gold credit to be deposited in a USAF held account. After 2 weeks time, soldiers who have requested supplies (and DoDSEP funding, which happens automatically on their first request of the day) on at least 70% of days will receive a lump sum of all their earnings from the prior two weeks.

These lump sum payments with an activity threshold will drive down the overall cost of the program, while providing vital gold to the members of USAF to expedite their training enhancement and make them stronger on the battlefield.

Soldiers who combine DoDSEP with BU2SU will be particularly well prepared for the Battlefield, and we encourage soldiers to use all available programs to increase their strength. We also remind all participating soldiers to only purchase training grounds upgrades during sales (usually occurring on the first Tuesday of each month) and to always fully upgrade their Free Training Ground before upgrading any others. Additionally, gold should not be spent on higher quality training grounds while saving for upgrades.

Let me say a huge thank you to rainy sunday for her service to the eUS. One of the things that I discovered in accepting this position is that I am afforded certain opportunities. I am taking one of these opportunities to present to rainy sunday the Distinguished Service Cross for her valiant effort as Operational Commander of the USAF.
I thank you and the entire eUS thanks you.

Arm America will have regularly scheduled slots on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17 eRep until 20 eRep time approx. and can be accessed by #usa.supply on IRC

Now on to the real reason I wanted to write something. I do not intend to make many changes to the USAF. The changes I do make are sanctioned by Secretary of Defense dmjohnston, President Tyler Bubblar or both.

The first thing I would like to accomplish is that each Regiment in the USAF is assigned a Regiment Captain.
Secondly, I would like those Captains to put forth 2 of their Soldiers to serve as Platoon Leaders.
Third, I would like to work with the Regiment Captains on dividing the Regiment into 2 Platoons.
You see where I am going with this?
Some of this can be accomplished via in game PM or on IRC at #usaf.command
I may be asking Unit members to meet to hash out details. I would appreciate your full cooperation.

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Keep on tanking!

Please consider Voting, Shouting, etc.
