[Asgard MU] Asgard calls to arms!

The time has arrived, the time to establish a brand new Military Unit just for the people of Asgard! It will be an operation based MU in which all members work in companies owned by the unit. After this article, it's time to start inviting people to the MU, so please read the following carefully and decide if the unit suits for you and your playing style!
Some requirements
Even though we want to make joining to the Military Unit possible for all Asgard citizens, there are still few rules which we need to stick to. We require over 1000 strenght on your eRepublik account. Also you have to be a citizen of Finland, Norway or Sweden either in eRepublik or in real life. We also require good activity. This MU will be most beneficial for active people, as operations don't wait. Also, all of our soldiers will be working in our companies for minimum salary and get their real payment in the form of supplies for our operations. Usage of IRC is not mandatory, though it's highly recommended.
How can I join?
Joining is easy, just send a message to Fettis and he'll guide you further. Also, if you have any questions about the MU, feel free to ask them from him!
Name competition!
What would you recommend as the name of the MU? Currently we go just under name of "Asgard", but are more than willing to hear your ideas for a better name. Please contribute in the comment section and we may reward the one who comes up with the best suggestion!

DevaJr EDEN is still older in both longevity as well as in birth date. August 22, 2012 was Asgard formed and still going. 1,5 years whilst EDEN was founded in September 26, 2009 dissolution May 6, 2013 but the final members did not leave EDEN until recently when China and Israel finally left the alliance and it became totally defunct March 4, 2014. So Asgard is A LOT younger in every term.

Asgard stands as a role model to any new alliances, we have found ways to become innovative, stay relevant and to reinvent ourselves and our policies time and time again, the new MU is just another sign of our ability to adapt and to outlast them all 🙂
yeah! asgard is the best example how regional alliance can be the alternative option and asgard proves that sometimes quality is better than quantity 😃
Hmm... How about naming the MU "Northern Defence Force"? It would be a fitting name considering our geographical locations 🙂
Anyway it's nice to see this MU finally being published. I myself won't join atm. but maybe I'll join sometime in the future 😁

That would be terribly confusing, considering the fact there is an alliance with the name "Aurora".

"Asgard" is just fine, unless the Asgard alliance collapses, which I seriously doubt.

Thats a good one i must admit. But Children of Nidhögg would be the cool too, because after ragnarök when all gods except the son of Thor and Balder who was imprisoned returns to replant the tree of life among the humans that survived the only force of left in the world to reckon with for the survivors would be Nidhögg the serpent/dragon as all other monsters, giants and behemoths was slain in Ragnarök.
Wordplay on Sweden's role in EDEN and the tree of life that was the avatar of the entire EDEN alliance.

Still think the alliance MU will injure the Norwegian society more than it will strengthen it.
Either way, what about "Einherjar", or "Einheriar"(which I assume is the East Norse equivilent). Einherjar were the fallen warriors who had come back to life in Valhall, accordnig to Norse mythology. Would be good if you intend to follow the Norse theme. If not, may I suggest using a term that makes sence, such as "Pan-Nordic Joint Operation Brigade". I wanted to make it something about Scandinavia, but since Fins aren't Scandinavias that would be difficult. And I didn't want to put Ásgárd in it, because it would sound weird : 3

Yeah, but it's difficult. Norway doesn't have a good manpower, which we all know, but I think we should focus on incresing it instead of decentralizing and damaging our inner sovereignty and population growth.

What about "Valhall" or "Valhall forces" / "Valhalla Forces" as name?

Valhall army also or something with valhall is my suggestion however since it's nordic mythology for where the great fallen warriors came after death.
It's easy name and represent something to our history and geography.
