[RR#5] Wydanie specjalne: Brak gumy a determinacja, tickety do Plato [PL/EN]

Jak każdy z dobrze poinformowanych obywateli wie, w dniu dzisiejszym mieliśmy zakończyć naszą długą wędrówkę po gumę atakiem na francuski region Poitou Charentes.

Wszystko miało pójść zgodnie z planem - determinacja w regionie na poziomie 1x, nocny atak, aby jak najszybciej zapewnić obywatelom komplet surowców. I wszystko POSZŁOBY zgodnie z planem, gdyby nie .. gdyby nie Plato i jego plany.

Poitou Charentes został odzyskany przez Francję 21 listopada. Od tego czasu minęło 23 dni, co zgodnie z tym wykresem, zaprezentowanym na oficjalnym forum erepublik:



oznacza, że region nie powinien posiadać dodatkowych punktów determinacji. Jakież było nasze zdziwienie, kiedy po ataku spostrzegliśmy, że obrażenia zadawane przez Francuzów liczone są .. x3.7

A W DNIU DZISIEJSZYM .. X4.96




W podobnej sytuacji znajdował się region Loire Valley. Podbity przez nas 14 września 2012, pozostawał pod okupacją przez 434 (!!) dni. Od 22 listopada do 13 grudnia wrócił pod opiekę Francuzów, zdobyliśmy go ponownie 13 grudnia. Gdy o niego walczyliśmy, (po 21 dniach) nie był obarczony determinacją, podczas gdy dziś ..


magicznym sposobem również uzyskał podobną ilość punktów.

Zaskoczeni napisaliśmy do Plato. Powiedzmy, że bugi się zdarzają, punkty można przywrócić, determinację przywrócić na poziom x1. Jak widać nie można. Oto odpowiedź administracji na wiadomość prezydenta:

'The region Poitou Charentes was liberated by France on the 21st of November when the Influence Bonus was 5.99. The Influence bonus decreases gradually and it is normal that 2.29 Influence to be deducted after 23 days.'

Wynika z niej, że w trakcie 23 dni, determinacja spadła jedynie o 2.29, więc wartość 3.7x jest prawidłowa.
A jak to wygląda w regionach, które znajdowały się w podobnej sytuacji?

North Eastern India

Ten indyjski region znajdował się pod chińską okupacją przez prawie 3 lata. Indie wygrały powstanie 21 listopada, by 5 grudnia znów przegrać je na rzecz Chorwacji. Ile więc punktów determinacji posiada ten region?

Aha.

Hesse

Region, który zajmowaliśmy przez 575 dni. Odzyskany przez Niemców 24 października, powrócił do nas po 18 dniach - 11 grudnia, gdzie walczyliśmy już jak równy z równym - bez determinacji.

Obecnie, po 21 dniach, dalej jej nie ma:


Bawaria

Podbita przez nas 10 maja 2012 roku i utracona 21 listopada 2013 - po 560 dniach. Powróciła do nas po 17 dniach - 8 grudnia - gdzie oczywiście - jak w pozostałych przypadkach - punktów determinacji nie było.

Western Netherlands

Najpiękniejszy przykład. Western Netherlands, region z oil, który podbiliśmy 2 maja 2012, a utraciliśmy 21 listopada. Mimo tego, że przez ten czas ten region nie był przejmowany, determinacja tam wciąż wynosi 4,96:


Jak więc wyjaśnić fakt, że gdy Polska dociera do regionu, do którego wędrówkę torowała sobie przez dłuższy czas, zasady się nagle zmieniają? Dlaczego administrator nie umie stosować się do reguł, które sam ustalił i na dodatek następnego dnia maskuje swoje działania, nakładając punkty determinacji na Loire Valley, region o który niedawno toczyliśmy walkę z determinacją x1?

Plato najwyraźniej uważa, że pozostawimy tą sytuację bez komentarza. Zachęcam zatem wszystkich do zrobienia czegoś w tej sprawie.

Yesterday Poland has started a campaign against France in Poitou Charentes. We estimated the region's determination to be around 1 and were strongly surprised that it appears to be much more. Unlike other regions that were conquered in that period (Hesse, Bavaria, North Eastern India), which are now at low determination level, it's stuck at 3.7. Are we missing some of the game's rules here, or is there no reason for this to happen?

As every active citizen should know, today we were about to finish our long journey toward rubber, by attacking French region – Poitou Charentes.
We had a perfect plan – determination in that region was supposed to be 1x, we attacked at night to be sure that we can provide our citizens all bonuses as soon as possible. Everything should have been over by this evening. And everything would have be fine, if not… Plato, and his plans.

Poitou Charentes was liberated by France in successful resistance war on 21th November. Since then, 23 days passed – and according to the chart which was presented on the official eRepublik forum the region shouldn’t have had any additional determination bonus. We were really surprised when we saw, that influence which was being dealt by France… was multiplied by 3.7!

AND TODAY EVEN BY 4.96!

We noticed, that we have similar problem with another French region (but this one is currently under our occupation) – Loire Valley. Conquered on 14th September 2012, remained under occupation for 424 days. France, when determination was introduced, liberated this region on 22th November, but we managed to conquer it again on 13th December. While we were conquering it, there was no determination bonus, but today…

…in some magical way, the determination increased to similar value as it is in Poitou Charentes!

We were really surprised by those weird things happening to the game, but we decided to write to Plato – maybe it’s just a bunch of bugs, and he would fix it without any problems. Well, another surprise for us – it is not that simple. Plato sent to our country president this answer, after being asked for help:

'The region Poitou Charentes was liberated by France on the 21st of November when the Influence Bonus was 5.99. The Influence bonus decreases gradually and it is normal that 2.29 Influence to be deducted after 23 days.'

And how does it look like in regions, which have been in similar situation?

North Eastern India

This Indian region was under Chinease occupation for almost 3 years. India liberated it on 21th November, and it was conquered again, this time by Croatia on 5th December. And how many determination points does this region have? 0!

Hesse

Region, which was under occupation for 575 days. Liberated by Germany on 24th October, conquered again after 18 days – and in that battle we fought with same determination as Germany did – that is 1:1.
Currently, 21 days after conquering the region – determination is still missing.

Bavaria

Conquered by Poland on 10th May 2012, and liberated on 21th November 2013 – after having been occupied for 560 days. It was conquered back after 17 days – that is 8th December, and – as in other cases – determination has been missing.

Western Netherlands

The best example – Western Netherlands. The region with oil, conquered by our country on 2nd May 2012, and liberated on 21th November of current year. Even if it was not conquered by any other country, the determination bonus in that region is still 4.96:

So how would you explain the fact, that when we attack the region, which we have been going to for a long time, the rules are being changed? Why can’t admins make one rules for everyone, and not change them when someone starts winning, or completing their targets? And why did they change the determination in Loire Valley, the region which we conquered when determination in it was x1?

It seems that Plato thinks that we will just leave it. So, I ask you all to do something about this case!
