Boletin Presidencial: Realidad sobre Acuerdo con ePy ESP/ENG

Escribo este articulo para explicarle al eMundo la realidad sobre el acuerdo que se firmo el mes pasado con Paraguay, el cual rompieron sin remordimiento alguno mientras la WG se llevaba a cabo y a pesar de que Paraguay rompió el acuerdo firmado entre ambos CP, eBolivia devolvio las regiones originarias que pertenecían a Paraguay e ignoro el tema de los 200 golds.

1) Tanto eParaguay como eBolivia se comprometen a respetar los pasos a seguir durante la WG.

2) Tanto eParaguay como eBolivia se comprometen al finalizar la WG a devolver todo territorio no originario suyo via RW.

4) Ninguno de los países podrá quedarse con menos de 1 región.

4) En caso de que solo quede una región a alguno de los dos países y este bajo ataque, el otro deberá dar órdenes de no pegar o pegar en contra.

5) Luego de finalizada la WG ambos países se comprometen a no atacarse mutuamente por 1 mes.

6) En caso de que algunos de los dos países no cumpla con los anteriores puntos el gobierno deberá abonar un total de 200 (doscientos) golds a el otro.

7) Este tratado entra en valor desde el día 07/11/2013 de acuerdo a lo consensuado entre ambos CPs

La guerra acabara, si uno de los dos CPs de cualquiera de los paises asi lo pide.

Como podemos ver, al final del acuerdo se establecía que "La guerra acabara, si uno de los dos CPs de cualquiera de los países así lo pide".

Cuando eBolivia pidió el fin de la guerra, por el hecho de que estábamos cansados y nos quedábamos sin recursos; mediante un tratado de paz, eParaguay lo rechazo para que la guerra siguiera y lo único que me pudo decir el CP eParaguayo (Dr.Kilombo), fue que su congreso era troll.

Como se puede ver claramente, eParaguay rechazo nuestra Propuesta de Paz y al hacerlo, rompió el acuerdo que se firmo entre ambos CP. La Propuesta de Paz de eParaguay llego 3 días después, cuando los acorralamos en su capital y eChile tuvo que intervenir.

A pesar de que eParaguay rompió el acuerdo, el gobierno de eBolivia cumplió con su parte y no peleo cuando Paraguay recuperaba su región originaria vía RW.

Conclusión:

Si alguien tiene que pagar los 200 golds de multa que se prescribieron en el acuerdo entre ambos CP, tendría que ser eParaguay. Porque desde el momento en que eParaguay rechazo nuestra Propuesta de Paz, el acuerdo quedo muerto entre ambos países y eBolivia, a pesar de las acciones tramposas de eParaguay, cumplió su parte del acuerdo por honor.

(Translation): So eParaguay as eBolivia compromise to return all the original territories that aren't their at the ending of the WG.

3) Ninguno de los países podrá quedarse con menos de 1 región.

(Translation): None of the countries might remain with less than one region.

4) En caso de que solo quede una región a alguno de los dos países y este bajo ataque, el otro deberá dar órdenes de no pegar o pegar en contra.

(Translation): In case that only one region is left of one of the two countries and is being attacked, the other one shall give orders to not fight in that battle or fight or the other side.

5) Luego de finalizada la WG ambos países se comprometen a no atacarse mutuamente por 1 mes.

(Translation): After ended the WG, both countries compromise to not attack themselves for one month.

(Translation): The war shall end if one of the two CPs of one of the two countries involved in this agreement wishes so.

As we can see, at the end of this agreement, it was stablished that "The war shall end if one of the two CPs of one of the two countries involved in this agreement wishes so."

When eBolivia asked to finish this war by a Treaty of Peace, by the facts that we were tired and we were going low on resources, eParaguay rejected the Treaty of Peace, so the war reimained active and the only thing that the CP of eParaguay could tell me, when I asked him. WHY? He answere😛 My congress is trolling.

Peace Proposal of eParaguay (sent three days later)

As it can be clealy witnessed, eParaguay rejected our Proposal of Peace and by doing it, they broke the agreement that was signed between both CP. The Peace Proposal of eParaguay was sent 3 days later, when they were defending their capital and last region, that's when eChile had to intervene to save them.

Even thought eParaguay broke the agreement, the eBolivian government fulfiled its part of the agreement and didn't fight back when eParaguay was gettin back their original region by RW.

Closure:

If there is someone that has to pay the 200 golds of penalty that were prescribed in the agreement between the both CPs, it should be eParaguay. Becuase since the moment that eParaguay rejected our Peace Proposal, the agreement was dead and broken, no matter that, eBolivia acted with honor and fulfiled its part of the agreement, by returning the region that belong originally to eParaguay.
