Today we are going to talk about my agenda for the community department.
The community department is a catch-all for many sub-departments, but in general it focuses on the media module. The community includes the departments like education, new citizens, national library, etc. There are a few tasks I want to get the community department focused on.
The largest priority is to drive more activity in the media module. The recent songfest we have had recently has been a nice trend. I enjoyed the two interviews I did recently (one is not published yet). I would like to see more interviews so our citizens can get to know each other. I'd like to find ways to encourage more story articles, like when RtK writes his fiction. I'd like to see more humorous pic articles, like BBs recent Polandball party advertisement. I'd like to see more articles made simply for entertainment value, and no in-game agenda. In short, I'd like to see our media get lightened, so everyone can have a little more fun while playing the game.
There are a few people wanting to put real effort into a baby boom by using an untapped potential in RL Ireland. I want to get everyone ready to do this together in a room to brainstorm ideas. Please sign the previous article if you are ready to put the time/effort into this project.

Quick question - does Community department have right to get some more info from other departments in order to publish it? (If other departments are busy/lazy/concentrated on other things/don't want to write articles)
By such info I don't mean interviews and blah blah, but at least some kind of financial info, war plans and such things (maybe somehow filtered in terms of "national security").
Of course there will be crossover in all departments. I'm just taking it one at a time, to avoid an overwhelming wall of text. Interviews are published from the community, but will include players from all of them, or intriguing players that may not be in the gov't at all.
I hope to really increase crossover between community and defense departments with one of my goals for the MoD. But I'll get to that in a few articles. The community won't be alone, they are just the first department I'm writing about.
As MoC I am willing to write anything that needs writing. I have tried to stick to contests but I am willing.
Considering recent successfull exorcism that happenend within government walls as State Prior and Cleric of The Word i bless this article with a holy vote...
