[DoE] Military Units: eUS Flight Training

Day 2,145, 19:50 Published in USA USA by Department of Citizen Affairs

This article, by Concept, explains what the military unit eUS Flight Training is all about.

eUS Flight Training

The eUS Flight Training is the training branch of the USAF. It was first established in 2012, under the command of Synesi, to replace Boot Camp

Since then, Flight Training has excelled in its training program, player retention and graduating hundreds of well rounded troops. For this effort Flight Training is recognized as an invaluable part of the eUSA.

What Flight Training Does

Flight Training provides recruits a 2 week program that educates them in the military module, battle orders, communing, and life in the military, as well as providing excellent mentors.

Flight Training teaches new recruits how to successfully navigate the military module by providing a detailed manual that recruits are required to read and complete.

Flight Training also encourages participation within the meta-game by requiring recruits to register an IRC nick & to create a eUSA forum account.

The ultimate goal of Flight Training is to prepare and provide the best possible troops for eUSAF.

Why Join Flight Training

Flight Training is the first step towards having a military career within eUSAF.

Flight Training provides a relaxed atmosphere where recruits can feel at ease while learning the basics of eRep.

As a graduate of eUS Flight Training you will be automatically enrolled into the Air Force, or you may apply to become an XO within Flight Training.

Thank you for reading this edition of Education Today!

I wanted to use this space to make a brief announcement concerning the most recent DoE writing contest. (To refresh your memory, here's a link to the announcement article.) While the deadline for submissions was previously stated to be today, October 4, we at the DoE have decided to extend the deadline to 23:59 (eRep time) on Wednesday, October 9, to allow more time for submissions. If you wanted to try it out but didn't have the time, this is your chance!

In addition, I'd like to officially announce the judges for this month's competition: Alexandrer Coin, Melissa Rose, Wild Owl, and Talostastic himself! Thank you to these wonderful people for generously agreeing to judge this contest!

Respectfully yours,

Tanishq
eUS Secretary of Education
