[TC] A CoT-Swiss military failure to do not repeat
Two days ago I entered Switzerland to help the Liberation War there.
As you may see their situation is critical:
TWO DAYS AGO
I immediately saw this battle going on in Svizzera Italiana:
As you see Switzerland (green) was winning 18-15 against Slovenia (red) and it was going to win again 6-5 in the next battle.
At that point I remembered of a almost-won battle of Belgium with a similar situation at that point.
In this battle, Belgium (green) was winning clearly against UK (red), but then the night ended, and Belgium was overriden.
I did quick calculations: one night means for CoT tipycally a 44-0 (or at maximum 55-0).
Swiss in the morning would have only a 62-15 (or 73-15) on Slovenia, and during prime-time the smaller Swiss and CoT could not resist to Slovenian and TWO damage (as Belgium didn't).
I immediately asked CoT to put full damage in the div4 battles before night came: in fact those battles were easier to win as Switzerland had the defense shield, on the morning instead the shield would have gone.
One of the highest officials of CoT reassured me: Swiss would have won thanks to night damage.
Ok, they're the experienced bosses, who am I?

Yesterday, I came online and I saw Slovenia attacking Grisons.
I noted the attack was done at the same hour, and the partial result was that:
Switzerland (green) was winning against Slovenia (red) 23-10. Better than the day before! I then contacted the CoT highest officials.

The official of the day before, was convinced out of the proof of the analogy of the two battles, but another highest official instead thought that Swiss had not to complain: there was no danger to lose the battle.
CoT had to fight in USA!
At that point I sai

TODAY
Being tricked once is the others fault, being tricked twice the fault is yours.
I hope today CoT will prepare its defense more carefully
I didn't write the names of the officials, but they will recognize themselves.

Someone told me to learn to fight. I don't know what he meant, maybe buying gold to strengten, to have more companies and weps and then clickclickclick the red button?
I did several months in CoT HQ, and I think studying and determining military strategies is far more exciting, expecially when you see the weaker winning against who thought to be stronger (in that the Franco-Belgian war has been a masterpiece of diplomatic, military, supplying and personal strategy! Even CoT MC didn't believe it was possible... Alexandross: was he Squibeel who didn't believe in it?).
And most importantly: you can become a true international military leader warlord without buying any Gold from Plato!!!!

Really, and what would you say about Bulgaria loosing in D4 with full prios and tanking 800 millon more in the middle of CoT prime time?
This article is bull, currently due to the Pnocchio tournament, the balance is totally whacked and so we have to do with the cards we have been dealt.
Last night for the first time in 10 days we've actually been able to win rounds in D4 if you haven't noticed we were losing all D4 rounds even during the night since the start of the tournament.
True: the tournament was against cot.
But with swiss shield + cot, when poland was mainly fighting elsewhere, those d4 battles could have been won.
As you may see some battles in d4 were won at that time, the effort was minimal as tipically those battles were lost in the last 30 minutes (1300-0 -> 1300-1800)
The day after, just winning some points in d1-d2-d3 to win the campaign.
Anyway it is open to discussion: let's show people how strategy is decided \o/

no Tony, you need more damage then the opposition, more then they make, so it doesn't matter where that damage is made, you need to outpace it. You assume that their damage will not change and it all depends on us hitting a tad more. No, despite their inability to win anything in a fair fight, they still are able to respond and so it is not only about putting up damage especially when they have 6 times more then you in EU times.
The only reason there have been any victories at all is that Bulgaria gave up on fighting to help it's allies and Romanian egoism meant they did not.
In any other alliance Belgium and Switzerland would not even be a fleeting though in the current balance situation.
I think you discredit the Swiss Army a little too much. Without CoT prios we have been able to win RW and battles before. Our losses are because of the tournament. We were winning fine before the tournament.

I'm objecting to is to throw the blame at CoT, as it is convenient to do so.
Knowing why things are as they are is more important then strategy even, because then you can make plans on a strong basis.

Pff Slovenia hit consistently through the day, it just took a while to destroy the shield that's all.
when I'll see you winning with an alliance at 40% damage against another at 60%, I'll ask your strategical opinion.
the only smart strategy I saw from TWO since it was created, it has been allying with the enemies in EDEN (Romania, Greece, Taiwan), when TWO was still allied with CoT.

avie had this type of dats, I wanted to do an article, but i needed to use a bot for retrieval.

TWO is just smart at controlling all the day damage...
TWO has 60% vs 40% damage, and CoT has a majority only for about 8 hours a day. 8 hours means from 4 to 5 battles (44-55 points).
Than TWEDEN has 16 hours (88-110 points) a day.
With so low majority time, simply CoT can't win just controlling the timing of battles.
It is CoT&co to be smart when it wins a battle, creating drain RWs and concentrating fire quickly, while TWEDEN sometime splits the damage, allowing CoT to win some battles.
how does this invalidate my point? But yea, CoT is fighting a losing war in terms of raw power. The best you can hope for it that TWO breaks up before CoT does.

You're saying it's an useless effort?
i'm saying the effort should be made in the first battles using the shield when you're only 6-5. instead of putting the priority the day after because the battle is 60-20 and it seems winnable (but it is not!)
