Gold Mines: A Lot of Wait and See

We'll all be stakeholders in the American Gold Mine!

President Vanek26 published an article late yesterday in which he outlines how much gold the nation and each citizen might get each day we hold the Gold Mine once we take it. Thing is, since Admin hasn't offered a lot of details, we'll all learn together how that'll work when the time comes.

In the Daily Briefing room some Cabinet members have been discussing the various scenarios involving an enemy attack on the US, to take our Gold Mine away. The general consus is that Serbia will likely get the European Gold Mine, but will Poland come after ours? While a poll indicates No by a 2-to-1 margin, the discussion suggests they very well might. Another toss-up, we'll have to wait and see.

One economic whiz I spoke with suggested that the influx of Admin-induced Gold would affect the price of Gold on the Market, making it a little easier for the average non-whaling player to trade cash for gold. AGAIN, we'll have to wait and see.

Late Edit: SecWar Cromstar gave me this eRep page URL where we can see the progress toward wining that Gold Mine. There's a drop down link in the top-right corner (it's defaulted at "OVERALL") that can take you to each of the regions. 1 gold mine to the winner of each region.

The bottom line: Fight, Fight, Fight your ass off between Day 1952 and 1958. And hold your Candy Bars in case we get whacked by Poland.

Personally, I went blind as soon as I saw all those numbers.

We're making about a 5% gain each day-- let's pick it up a bit and get this thing done! Food is dirt cheap-- buy a bunch and Donate it today!

Congress Elections went really well. The AFA's importing of PTO voters is continuing to slow down, likely because Ajay's megalomaniacal delusions of grandeur are wearing thin and even Serbs aren't stupid enough to chase his tail along with him.

Dept of Interior has a new article out. A friendly reminder for those in-the-know, and an f.y.i. for those just hearing: You too can get free things from the eUS Government, and eUS Political Parties.

Just in from the Dept of Education: Mercurius100 is making an article contest for new players. Gold prizes to be given. Watch for that, coming soon, at their newspaper.

Secretary of State Vice President John Largo's article, Comments on eUS Foreign Policy lends some insight into how YOUR OPINIONS, through recent surveys, help guide OUR foreign policy. We'll shoot for an interview with him in Friday's WHPR.
