1) Time of renting
1.1) The beginning date of the rent is considered the day of conquering (and holding) Homelskaya (ex.: according to the first variant of war schedule it’ll be the end of day 6, according to the second variant it’ll be the end of the day 3)
1.2) The period of rent is 2 month (59 days) (ex.: for the beginning date from 28 of January, the end date is 28 of March)

2) Payments
2.1) The price of rent is 5250 cc for 1 week starting from the beginning of the rent (p. 1.1)
2.2) Payments provided at the end of each week starting from the beginning of the rent (ex.: considering the beginning date 28 of January payments should be provided 4, 11, 18, 25 of February, 4, 11, 18, 25 March).

3) Renting usage
From the beginning date (p. 1.1) of rent both sides are obliged not supporting unplanned RWs and don’t set the prio for such RWs and don’t provide supply for such RWs during the renting period (p. 1.2),except the cases of holding RWs in the region during the renting period (p. 1.2). Hungary will defend the region during the period of rent and will put prios and will supplying to defend the rented region. Belarus government cannot support RWs, cannot take prio or cannot supplying on Belarus side during the renting period, only on Hungarian side. Hungarian side are obliged to pay renting payments (p. 2) in time.

4) Ending of the contract
4.1) The Hungarian side undertakes to return Homelskaya region to Belarus in case all the rules described in contract were applied and the period of rent is closed (p. 1.2). Therefore RW started in Homelskaya after closing rent period should be lost by Hungarian side.
4.2) The contract of renting could be prolonged by reaching both sides agreement. A new version of the contract (or the old one) should be signed 2 days before the final date of renting (p. 1.2). In other case the contract loses it power according to p. 4.1.
4.3) Belarus agrees to the following condition: in case Hungary looses Homelskaya during rent period, then Belarus will put an NE on Hungary, when the Hungarian government asks them to do it. After the first battle, Hungary will attack Homelskaya just before the autoattack starts. The swap will look like: timeline of the attacks.

5) Possible contingencies
Both sides undertake the responsibility to take decisions on unexpected events efficiently. The period of such negotiations should not exceed 10 days beginning of the contingency happened.

1) Тэрмін арэнды
1.1) Пачатковая дата – дата авалодання Гомелем (зыходзячы з першага сцэнару вайны гэта будзе заканчэнне дня 6. Калі зыходзіць з другога – заканчэнне дня 3)
1.2) Тэрмін арэнды - 2 месяцы (59 дзён) (ex.: з 28 студзеня па 28 сакавіка 2013 года)

2) Плацяжы
2.1) Цана арэнды - 5250 валюты за 1 тыдзень (пасля пачатку арэнды (пункт 1.1)
2.2) Плацяжы будуць паступаць пасля кожнага тыдня арэнды (калі пачатак арэнды будзе 28 студзеня, то плацяжы будуць 4, 11, 18, 25 лютага і 4, 11, 18, 25 сакавіка).

3) Умовы карыстання вобласцю
З пачаткам арэнды (пункт. 1.1) абедзьве краіны абавязаны не распачынаць незапланаваныя паўстанні, не ставіць ваенныя прыярытэты і не выдаваць зброю ці ежу на бітвы такога кшталту падчас арэнды (пункт. 1.2), акрамя ўтрымання вобласці Венгрыяй. Яна будзе абараняць Гомель падчас усяго тэрміна арэнды (гл. Пункт 1.2) і будзе ставіць прыярытэты на абарону падчас паўстанняў, а таксама выдаваць зброю ды ежу. Урад Беларусі не можа падтрымаць паўстанні, не можа ставіць прыярытэт і раздаваць матэрыяльную дапамогу жаўнерам на паўстанні падчас арэнды. Але жаўнеры могуць чакаць дапамогі ў выглядзе зброі ды ежы, калі пажадаюць біць за Венгрыю. Венгрыя абавязана своечасова рабіць плацяжы (пункт 2).

4) Заканчэнне пагаднення
4.1) Венгерскі бок абяцае вывесці свае войскі з Гомелю пасля заканчэння арэнды ў выпадку выканання ўсіх патрабаванняў абодвума бакамі (пункт 1.2). Паўстанне, што будзе ўзнята пасля заканчэння пагаднення, павінна стаць пераможным для Беларусі.
4.2) Таксама пагадненне можна будзе працягнуць, але новы варыянт пагаднення ў такім разе павінны быць падтрыманы абодвума бакамі за 2 дні да заканчэння арэнды (пункт 1.2). У іншых выпадках пагадненне губляе моц зыходзячы з пунктам 4.1.
4.3) Беларусь пагаджаецца з наступнымі ўмовамі: у тым выпадку, калі паўстанне стане пераможным падчас дзеяння арэнды, Беларусь абвяшчае Венгрыю Натуральным ворагам у патрабаваны Венгрыяй час. Пасля першай бітвы Венгрыя атакуе Гомель якраз да старту аўтаматычнай атакі. Працэс будзе выглядаць прыкладна так: timeline of the attacks.

5) Магчымыя складанасці
Абодва бакі абяцаюць прымаць эфектыўныя рашэнні ў выпадку нечаканых падзей. Перыяд абмеркавання такіх рашэнняў не павінен перавышаць 10 дзён з пачатку непрадбачных абставін.
